Job Description:
1.向市场销售总监报告工作,服务其工作安排,尽自己所能建立酒店的良好形象。
1.Report the task to DOSM,service for his work arrangement, and try ones best to set the hotel goodimage.
2.在酒店管理当局商议后,代表酒店回应新闻、媒体的咨询。
2.After negotiate with the hotelmanagement, on behalf of hotel respond to the question of news andintermediary.
3.评估地方团体、慈善活动的价值,建议酒店参与并代表酒店出席某些庆典活动。
3.Evaluating the value of localgroup and charity campaign, suggest the hotel to participate and onbehalf of hotel to attend some celebration campaign.
4.按照酒店销售和市场计划编订每年公关活动、目标方案。
4.To compile and to revise thepublic activity and target plan per year according to the sales and market planof hotel.
5.发展和保管最新的酒店销售印刷品。
5.Developing and safekeeping thenewest sales printed matters of hotel.
6.向本地、地区传媒收集信息,摘录重要新闻及摘录报纸的重要信息,交送各部门主管。
6.Collecting the information oflocal and region intermediary, take passage about the importance news andinformation of newspaper, and submit to each department manager.
7.控制酒店推广赠品的数量。
7.Controlling the quantity ofpromotion gift of hotel.
8.监督和联络酒店的摄影和公关工作。
8.Superviseand contact to the photography and public resource work of hotel.
9.处理各重要节日文稿及信息收集。
9.Deal with each importantfestival days and information collecting.
10.与本地、地区、国际新闻、媒体建立关系并保持紧密联系。
10.Set up and keep the closerelationship with the local, region and international news and intermediary.
11.检查所有重要资料,确保符合酒店管理集团营运手册的要求,保管资料的印刷记录。
11.Checkall of important data, and ensure it according to the requirements of hotelmanagement organization operation brochures, safekeeping the data and printedrecords.
12.实施所有由管理当局审批的广告宣传计划,并与市场销售总监讨论。
12.Implementall of advertising plan which examined and approved by managing authorities,and discuss with DOSM.
岗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.具有五年以上酒店工作经验,并有三年以上市场传讯经理工作经历。
1.Have more than five years workexperiences in hotel and more than three years work experiences of MARCOM
2.全面了解并掌握酒店的设施设备、各种服务项目、产品特点、酒店经营方针及销售策略等。
2.Have a whole knowledge andmaster the facility, service project character, hotel operation guideline andsales strategy.
3.掌握新闻、广告、宣传等专业知识,熟悉营销和推广业务,了解旅游业现状及酒店管理知识,掌握公共关系学、心理学、行为科学等基础知识。
3.Have a good knowledge of news,advertisement, advertising and other professional knowledge, know well aboutthe marketing, and expanding operation, know about the situation of travel areaand hotel management knowledge, master the public relation, psychology andphysical science and other basic knowledge.
4.通用外语与外宾进行熟练会话,并能阅读和翻译一门外文有关专业资料,具有较强的外语会话和写作能力。
4.Use foreign languageconversation with the foreign customers, and have the ability to read andtranslate foreign language professional data, possessing strong foreign conversation and write skills.
5.具备良好的公关形象,且具有广泛的社交活动能力和较强的组织协调能力。
