· Manage day-to-day Revenue Audit (RA) performance including hotel revenuereconciliation, allowance, adjustment, balance transfer, paid out report, etc.

· Lead an operational RA team to deliver output as per the SLAs

· Ensure compliance of RA operations with company policies, processes, andinternal controls

· Review system entries.

· Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting tomeasure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff

· Assist in internal and external audit processes

· Train new joiners
