【岗位职责】 负责监督酒店内各项工程系统每日的操作、维修及保养，监督值勤人员及记录与工程有关之特别事项。 确保当值时间内各项设施运作正常。 视察酒店内所有工程运作。 于当值时间内处理及解决紧急事故，分析故障原因。 组织及指导属下员工修理故障。 密切监督属下员工之工作进度，培训属下员工。

【岗位职责】 1.负责建筑物、家具、设备或特定结构的表面涂装工作，包括油漆、涂料、清漆等的施工，确保表面处理、涂装质量符合工艺标准及客户要求。 2.对墙面、金属、木材等基材进行清洁、打磨、修补、除锈等预处理，确保表面平整、无杂质，根据要求填补裂缝、修补孔洞，并涂抹底漆或防锈涂层。 3.使用喷枪、滚筒、刷子等工具进行喷涂、滚涂或手工刷漆，确保涂层均匀、无滴漏或气泡 4.遵守安全操作规程，正确使用防护装备（如口罩、护目镜、手套等）。 5.维护涂装工具（如喷枪、空压机等），定期清洁保养，统计涂料消耗量，协助采购及库存管理，避免浪费。 【岗位要求】 1、具备丰富的油漆粉饰经验，有酒店行业经验，达到一定的水平。 2、可独立承担墙面、家具等油漆、修补工作及其它维修工作。 3、认真负责，注重材料的节约。

【岗位职责】 1、在酒店区域进行专项的消防安全检查，发现和消除隐患； 2、定期检查灭火器材、安全疏散通道、安全指示标志、动用明火情况、公共区域的物品存放情况，发现问题及时上报； 3、组织酒店员工开展消防知识、技能的教育和培训，拟定灭火和应急疏散预案，组织消防演练; 4、检查消防设备，协调工程部使消防设备处于良好状态； 5、建立消防档案；加强对酒店内各施工点的安全防火监督管理；  【岗位要求】 1、三年以上消防安全管理工作经验； 2、熟悉消防管理工作全套流程，熟悉相关法律法规; 3、有中级消防证书； 4、专业能力和责任心较强，头脑灵活，反应敏捷，有团队合作能力。
