岗位职责:
1.根据年度市场销售计划管理销售活动,并执行酒店销售策略实现或超额完成预算。
2.监督日常销售经理/销售主任的销售活动,负责指导销售和培训的具体职责。
3.与销售总监协作,领导和监督销售团队。
4.通过销售谈判,实现酒店的最大利润和最高价格。
5.参加酒店客户的活动以及当地社区商务或交流活动。
岗位要求:
1.旅游或酒店管理专业学士学位。
2.至少三年在国际酒店销售部的工作经历。
3.对本地,国内以及国际市场的客户有深刻的了解。具有开发新商业机会的能力。
Key Responsibilities:
1.The position is responsible for managing sales activities in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the Hotel.
2. Oversees the day to day sales activities of the Sales Managers/Sales Executive, with specific responsibilities for directing sales and training.
3.In conjunction with the DOS, leads and supervises the Sales Team.
4.Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel.
5.Attend hotel client events and local community business events and networking.
Required Skills:
1.Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hotel Management.
2.Minimum 3 years’ in relevant experience within an international hotel chain.
3.Good in depth knowledge of accounts within local, domestic and international markets. Ability to develop and hunt for new businesses.
