岗位职责
1、维护Opera系统,确认预定,价格和市场编码是最新。确认所有重要客户均在track的资料中,确保TARS正常运行
Maintain Opera System, ensure all the bookings, rates and market codes are up to date, ensure all KAM accounts are in profile track, and ensure TARS procedure is running in order.
2、管理并确保所有历史预定单和销售合同整齐并合理地存档,确保需要时可以方便地提取或审计。 按时检查并校对所有预定(包括部门员工所做的或通过TARS自动下载的预定),确保预定中各项的准确性,关于客人的任何特殊需求应及时与各部门沟通。检查折扣预定,确保所有折扣均有正当的原因可查.
Manage and make sure all reservation orders and contracts are well archived and convenient to audit or search. Check every reservation made by Rsvn dept or IPS, make sure every items’ accuracy and communicates with other depts for guests’ special demand. Audit every discount reservations for decent reason attached.
3、及时生成各级经理需要的报表,及时发现并报告值得注意的异常或特殊数据或个例
Generates all kinds of reports for managers daily management, report immediately on every abnormal data or cases.
4、完成和维护培训系统以确保所有雇员了解掌握必要的技巧和框架来有效的完成工作 .充分训练新的员工,提高Opera技能和进行Delphi的交叉培训.
Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively. Training up new staff, enhance Opera skill and proceed Delphi cross training.

1、最少1-2年以上同职位相关工作经验
Minimum 1-2 years of the same position work experience.
