Initiate, design, and implement activities and programs for guests.  提议、设计和实施活动。 Adhere to the established programs and duty timetables to ensure that they are carried out as planned.  确保各项活动和工作根据制定好的时间和计划实施。 Responsible for all staff on duty and ensuring that staff is watching all guests while swimming in both areas of the resort and pool.  负责所有当班员工的表现，确保员工时刻关注客人在酒店泳池区和游泳的情况。 Ensure all rescue equipment is in good working condition and report any defected equipment to superior. 确保所有救生设备都随时处于最佳工作状态；如有损毁异常立刻向上级报告。 Ensure that the work area is properly maintained and cleaned in accordance to company standards. 根据酒店标准，确保所有工作区域都保持干净整洁。 Ensure cleaning materials are available for operations and raise necessary requisition when stocks are running low.  确保有清洁所需物资，当库存即将消耗完时提出汇报申请。 Report and initiate maintenance and repair request, without jeopardizing pool service. 以不影响泳池服务为前提，提出维护维修要求。 Always follow up on all equipment that has been sent for repairs and report to superior any delays caused by the second party.  跟进所有送修物品设备的情况并将他人造成的延迟情况向上级汇报。 10. Check and monitor that gym, ranger’s club, pool  set-up is in accordance to hotel standards. 检查和确保健身房、儿童俱乐部、泳池和都依照酒店标准准备好。 Ensure that all tasks and duties performed by his/her staff are carried out in according to the standards set by the department head.  确保所有员工都根据部门标准完成其工作。 Ensure all staff requests are communicating with, pre signed and agreed by superior.  和上级沟通员工的要求，并获得上级批准。 Notify superior on all damages or breakdowns detected in the work area and any materials which are used for guest convenience.  向上报告所有工作区域或设备的损坏。 Assist in any set up of any function, event organized by any department requiring assistance. 在需要时协助其他部门准备各种活动。 Ensure that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually as requested. 确保部门的所有报告和表格都正确及时地完成提交。 Participate in development programs provided by the company.  参加酒店的发展培训课程。 Maintain constant communication with all supervisors and subordinates.  和其他主管和下属保持良好的沟通。 Coordinate with the different departmental heads on joint activities programs and assist other departments when required. 在需要时协助其他部门或与其合作。 Control the expenditure of material within the department and its sections.  控制部门的物料使用。 Complete task that have been outlined from superior.  完成上级指示的工作。 Ensure the established programs are followed and supervised successfully.  跟进和监管各项活动的实施。 Ensure department materials are sufficient to avoid cancellation on activities. 确保部门有足够的物质并且不会因为物资不足而取消活动。
