Under the supervision of the Service Leader, the service associate controls the production processing to maintain the highest standard of product. He or she also ensures that stock levels of beer and supplies are adequate and follows all cleaning procedures strictly. Additional duties include laboratory analysis, production preparation, chemical handling, and following the instructions of the outlet manager.
