Assist the Manager to formulate various work systems of the outlet, and supervise the implementation, constantly improve the western food service, and improve the quality of the dishes.
Participate in the formulation and revision of various service norms and standards of the outlet, check the implementation of various rules and regulations by employees, and correct and deal with problems in a timely manner.
Participate in the formulation of the outlet's annual and monthly work plan, lead the captain, and employees to actively complete various tasks and business indicators, and strive to increase the outlet's sales revenue.
Do a good job in the sanitation of the outlet, and do a good job in weekly and daily sanitation inspections.
Provide daily feedback from guests, actively solicit opinions and suggestions from guests, and solve problems in a timely manner.
Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, actively listen to customers' feedback on outlet services and dishes, formulate corresponding plans, and provide guests with a good dining environment.
If there is any unresolved customer complaint, report it to the Outlet Manager in time, and give feedback to the customer in time.
Develop good customer relationships and actively communicate with old customers on a regular basis.
Responsible for maintaining good communication, coordination and cooperation with the kitchen department, and
handling various emergencies.
Control the use of daily items in the outlet and ensure that month-end counts are performed.
New menus are listed every quarter, system entry; menu-setting keys, checkout method setting keys, iPad menu entry and other tasks are completed.
Reasonably arrange work for department heads and employees.
Warehouse management, inventory, and
ordering of daily necessities.
Establish better communication with the banquet department and assist the banquet to complete a series of tasks.
Assist the Manager to complete the employee training and continuously improve the professional quality of the employee.
Any problems that arise in the work of employees shall be communicated with the Outlet Manager in a timely manner.
Complete the tasks assigned by the Manager.
