QUALIFICATION 任职资格:

JOB DESCRIPTION 职位说明:
* Be responsible for creating a safe and secure environment for our internal and external guests. In charge of hotel loss prevention work and fire prevention work. To be invested all report of damage or loss to guests of hotel Ensure maximum security for guest and public area Regularly conduct security training on hotel L/P work and security awareness.

* Complete and carry out instructions given by the Loss Prevention Manager .
完成保安部经理下达的各项工作任务。
* Supervise and coach the Security staffs.
督导保安员的工作。
* Responsible for conducting training for the Security staff about post knowledge and extended schedule training after working hours.
对保安员进行岗位知识培训,并负责保安员八小时工作以外的训练和学习。
* Make log book record entries of all matters.
直接带班上岗并完成每天详细工作记录。
* In charge of checking the keys, statis the departments of no key return and ask for reasons.
每天负责钥匙的检查,统计没有交钥匙的部门询问原因。
* Safety inspection to the periphery per hour, point out problems and resolve immediately.
每小时对外围进行安全检查发现问题及时处理。
* Inspect the fire fighting emergency treatment cabinet and safety protection facilities per shift.
每班次对消防应急柜和安防设施进行检查。
* AM and PM shift need be responsible for the hotel offices safe inspection, if you found some office not close door, report and follow up immediately.
中班和晚班要负责对酒店的办公区域进行安全检查发现没有锁门等现象要及时处理并上报。
* Responsible for the outside business, includes PSB reception etc.

* Handle any incidents or events that might occur while on duty and submit written report after investigating to Security Manager before final submission to General Manager.

* Conduct inspection of the entire apartment at least twice per shift. Report on any discovery by recording the time and details of the matter.
每班次至少巡查全酒店区域两遍,及时发现事故苗头,详细纪录所发现的安全隐患情况。
* Give suggestions for work improvement on possible fire hazards and how to avoid break-in, etc, and finish the hidden safety problems requisition.
对存在的火灾、治安隐患提出整改建议。并完成安全隐患整改通知单。
* Assist Security Manager to monitor and submit work performance of all Security personnel.
定期对保安员进行工作表现评估,及时将保安员的思想动态上报保安部。
* Attend weekly Security Department meeting.
参加保安部每月工作例会。
* Attend monthly Fire Fighting training with Fire Fighting Team in order to be ready and prepared for any emergency.
为预防安全和紧急情况做准备,准时出席消防队组织演习的消防演习培训。
* Attend in-house training conducted by HR Training to improve oneself in English Language and other trainings.

* Inspect all gate pass, confirm and sign.

* Complete and submit monthly report of mattes to the Security Manager.

3 Care of Equipment. 设备维护
* Oversee maintenance and handling of equipment used
监督设备的维护和使用。
* Inspect property equipments that meet the requirement of security & safety procedure & policy; suggest appropriate improvement to concerned department if necessary

* Assist manager to improve the understanding of security & safety among all associates
协助经理提高所有员工对安全工作的了解。
* Take follow-up training for each department.
为各部门准备安全复训。
* Participate actively in company initiated employee activities

* Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel
遵守酒店关于卫生和员工仪容仪表的要求。
* Make sure all Loss Prevention Personnel was clear and obey these standards
督促安全部人员了解和遵守酒店的标准。
* Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping
遵守出勤和考勤制度。
* All changes on shift, i.e. annual leave, change leave, no pay leave, etc. should be approved by Loss Prevention Manager.

* Adhere to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations. Ensure all department personnel understand and follow these rules & regulation
