1、To have a complete understanding of hotel product knowledge and to promote to the clients when receiving inquiries during Catering Sales Manager / Assistant Catering Sales Manager’s absence. 2、To maintain a good relationship with your clients. 3、 To assist the team to collect market information. 4、To provide a courteous and professional service at all times. 5、To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments. 6、 Type correspondenceincluding Event Orders , memorandums, circulars and reports as assigned bySenior Sales Manager / Sales Manager. 1、完全了解饭店的产品知识并且于业务经理/副理不在时能对客户进行介绍。 2、保持与客户间的良好关系。 3、协助团队获得市场信息。 4、时时提供专业、谦虚的服务。 5、与本部门同事和其他部门同事保持良好的工作关系。 6、使用计算机制作资深营销经理/经副理指派的信件、便函、通知以及报告。
