1. 指导监督各班的运作，确定保卫巡视的正确执行，确保对客人和同事实施安全保卫工作。 2. 全面熟悉并检查酒店各消防设施、消防通道、出入口。 3. 确保保安员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。 4. 熟悉各部门工作程序、安全知识、紧急程序、监督检查与落实并指导各岗位警卫的专业知识及工作水准。 5. 在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机检查。遵守酒店财物管理的原则，在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。 6. 如有需要，应对携带大量现金的同事提供护送服务。 7. 在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点，以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等。 8. 严格公正地考核员工的业务知识、工作纪律、责任心，全面掌握每个员工的工作状况。 9. 负责本班日常工作事务和员工考勤。 10. 传达和落实部门各项工作安排和培训计划。 11. 对酒店进行随机检查，以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行，如防火门的通畅，水龙带门前无设备堆放，各货物堆放区间的清洁和和喷淋头的充足等等。 12. 采取适当的方法解决客人投诉。通过与客人交流，建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。 13. 熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。 14. 保持工作区域的高度清洁和整齐。按照酒店的标准保持个人仪表，在任何时候表现出职业风范。 15. 遵守酒店工作政策及程序，遵守酒店运营规则及员工手册中的条款。 16. 以积极专业的态度与酒店内部各部门及同事沟通，建立起良好的工作关系，增强团队精神保证有效的双向交流。

基本职责： 1.负责酒店内每日安全保卫工作管理，另外也执行总经理所分派的某些行政工作，如为促进酒店的顺利运营与当地的管理机构接触办理相关的许可证等等。 2.指导监督本部的运作，保证巡视工作的正确执行，确保客人和同事的安全。 3.与总工程师合作对员工进行灭火，安全检查和消防疏散等基本知识的培训和演练。定期对酒店消防队进行培训演习以培养和保证消防队伍的技术水平。 4.随机抽查万能钥匙的分配情况并明确钥匙的持有人的责任。 5.确保有一名部门成员参加酒店内部发生的有关安全保卫的事件的处理过程。认真审阅事故报告，开展调查工作以找出事件的起因，责任人(采取必要的措施)，并考虑如何在今后杜绝此类事情的发生。 工作要求： 1.熟悉酒店内的消防救生系统； 2.具有管理才能； 3.熟悉由当地政府机构制定的有关酒店各类许可及运营的各项规章制度； 4.中专或高中及以上学历； 5.年龄50岁以下； 6.5年及以上从事防损管理工作的经验。

【岗位职责】 1.负责对部门各班的管理工作，巡视各岗位区域，检查各岗位记录，对发现问题要及时提出解决的办法，并向经理汇报员工的思想工作动态。 2.培训保安员业务知识，使之到达酒店所规定的工作要求和服务标准。 3.在保安部经理的领导下，主持保安部的日常工作，督导保安人员认真完成分管工作，制定保安部排班计划；安排好员工的加班补休，掌握各班情况及时向经理汇报。 4.协助保安部经理督促检查安全制度的落实，预防各类事故的发生。 5.制定各种防火安全制度、督促各部门落实防火安全措施，负责调查违法消防规定的情况，并提出解决处理意见。 6.负责酒店重点要害部位安全监督，制定重点部位的灭火作战方案和演练。 7.协助完成消防周检查、月检查、季度检查、半年检查、全年检查，并认真填写检查表格、存档。 8.定期向保安部经理和酒店总经理汇报消防安全工作情况。 9. 在经理不在时，代替处理日常工作。 【岗位要求】 1.熟悉酒店运营工作经验者优先考虑。 2.熟悉一般事故的处理程序及安全、火灾及紧急事故的处理程序。 3.熟悉安全、火灾及紧急事故的处理程序 4.积极为客人服务的态度。 5.良好的普通话以及简单的英语听力。 6.有消防监控中级操作员证优先。
