SCOPE 岗位概述
Responsible for managing corporate accounts and the area of coverage assigned to him/her which includes conducting regular sales calls to assigned accounts, developing new accounts. negotiating contracts and maintaining good working relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the minimal targets set as well as the overall hotel budget.
负责管理公司客户及所分配的客户范围,包括对所分配客户进行定期的销售拜访,开发潜力新客户,谈判合同并与实际客户保持良好工作关系,达到并超过最低目标和酒店预算。
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
The job of Sales Executive is executed satisfactorily when:

The Hotel achieves its Financial Objectives.

The TTTT is carried out to the satisfaction of both Director of Sales / Director of Sales &
Marketing and Sales Executive.
通过个人评估,从而得到市场销售总监和销售总监以及销售代表本人都满意。
Solicit existing and potential customers and follow up established accounts on regular
basis by phone,by correspondence or by personal contact.
通过定期拜访的方式如:电话、信函或个人联系发展潜力客户及维护现有客户建立良好的合作关系。
Set up appointments and make personal sales calls, telemarketing, entertainments and
site inspections to all existing and potential accounts from corporate commercial accounts.
对现有与潜力客户,制定约见、电话营销、酒店视察及酒店宴请。
Follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the
department superior.
跟进所流失生意,随时与上级反馈各种信息和客户背景知识。
Negotiate with all customers and send out offers/contracts regarding individual and group
business.
与所有客户谈判关于散客和团组的业务,并协商制定合同。
Follow the sales and marketing results and propose corrective actions if needed.
根据销售及营销结果来及时采取效行动。
Explore industry related data, new developments in certain agencies’ structures, new
assignments, industrial complexes, new business centers, new projects which all could be
interest and benefit of the hotel and to distribute this information to their colleagues.
探索行业相关数据,挖掘新发展新客户,比如在公司及旅行社新结构、新任务、工业园区、新商业中心、新项目以及所有与酒店的利益和兴趣相关的信息与团队分享。
Entertain decision makers of the Clients in the F & B outlets of the hotel and to take part
in promotional activities with them, To enhance business relationship and conversion ratio.
招待宴请客户决策者到酒店餐厅,或请他们参与到酒店媒体、促销活动。从中加强合作关系及生意转换率。
Keep close follow up on developments of the competitor hotels (occupancy, structural
alterations, renovation, special campaigns, rate promotions, marketing efforts, theme
events etc.) Also explore and compare FIT and Group traffic (who is accommodating
guests in which hotel) amongst the competitors.
密切关注竞争对手酒店动态(入住率、结构改变、革新、特殊活动,促销.营销手段,主题活动等)探索竞争酒店的散客和团队流量(什么团放在什么酒店)竞争对手酒店。
Bring ideas and participate in the preparations of the promotional theme events, other
promotional activities and invitation lists.
参与促销主题活动准备工作,其他促销活动与邀请重要客户活动,积极表达个人想法。
When necessary, handle the group and individual reservation requests personally.
必要时,亲自处理团队及散客预订需求。
Maintain the existence of an efficient customer database system (Salesforce) which will be
capable of identifying report sales calls and other sales activities and carry out updating
exercise in certain periods of time.
保持维护有效客户数据库系统存在(Salesforce),从而在一定时间内可以将能够记录并跟进销售拜访与其他销售活动及执行。
Update customers with the latest developments in the hotel and informs hotel management
of all changes in the customer profile.
更新客户最新的酒店入住情况,并在客户档案有所更改时候通知酒店管理层。
Participate preparing the sales action plans, attending sales meetings, developing new
ideas such as special packages, programs, promotional activities undertaken by sales
department and/or F&B.
参与准备销售行动计划,参加销售会议,开发新想法等,比如由销售部门/或餐饮部门实施的特别的会议包价,计划,促销活动。
Take part in sales training programs, trade fairs / shows, sales blitzes and fam trips
assigned by the Director of Sales /Director of Sales & Marketing.
参加市场销售总监或销售总监分配的各种销售培训项目,交易会/路演/扫楼及考察团等促销计划及出差。
Keep themselves updated with the latest developments in the hotel including all activities.
promotions, rates of the Hotel and the other chain hotels.
悉知最新酒店一切新发展,包括所有活动、促销、酒店及其他连锁酒店同类信息。
Keep department superiors informed of all changes in the customer profile.
保持部门上级知晓客户公司一切动向。
Prepare reports of each sales calls covering information about the company, their
comments,requirements,complaints,of their customers etc.
每次销售拜访后更新该公司的信息,销售报告包括客户需求,反馈及客户投诉等。
Cover assigned accounts in a designated Segment or geographic area and visit them at
least twice annually.
签订合同的公司需每年至少完成两次销售拜访。
On weekly basis, prepare an activity report which will cover sales call reports, site
inspections, fam trips, new agencies, meetings, entertainment and other functions they
participated in during the week and presents to Sales Director.
将每周活动诸如销售拜访,酒店视察,商务旅行,新公司(旅行社、会议、娱乐和其他参与其中的活动,并报告给销售总监。
Accomplish any additional work assigned by Department head or Division head in the
time frame required.

Cross selling other Kempinski Hotels in the Area and Globally.
