1.Assist the cost manager insupervising and inspecting the daily work of receiving goods , ensuring thatthe hotel’s receiving process is strictly followed , and that the quantity ,quality ,price , brand , etc , of the received goods are consistent with theorder.

2.Make ocular inspection of thestoreroom, ensure the correct quantity of food , and take note of items within the minimumlevel and items which are about to expire.
确保仓库内物品的安全,确保食品数量的正确,并对即将到期的物品做标记。
3.Calculate daily food cost andemployee’s meal cost based on requisitions , strictly check whether the usageof expensive ingredients such as seafood is consistent with the menuspecifications .
计算每日食品成本、严格检查海鲜等贵价食材使用量与菜单规格是否一致。
4.Assist the cost manager in daily inspection work and provide timelyfeedback on any issues found .
协助成本经理日常检查工作,并及时反馈发现的问题。
5.Ensure that meat tags areproperly used and control.
确保肉类标签。
6.Check food storeroom issuingsummary.
清点食物储存量。
7.Collect information andmaintain statistics.
收集食物报废数量。
8.Conduct butcher test andcooking testing.
了解食品加工过程。
9.Perform recipe costing forfood.
控制菜谱成本。
10.Participate in the month-endphysical inventory.
清点月底存货数量。
11.Assist the Cost Controller inthe monthly closing of books and in the preparation of the reports.
协助成本控制经理月结账并且准备报表。
12.Submit monthly listing of slowmoving and obsolete food items.
提供月耐耗品行报废品的清单。
13.Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
