Greeting customers in a warm and
friendly reception, remaining attentive throughout their visit, and providing
customers with a prompt and efficient service;
Maintaining an immaculate
appearance by adhering to the Company’s Dress Code Policy and hygiene standards.
Your name badge should be worn at all times;
Following the cash handling
procedures and ensuring the customer is billed correctly;
Having a full and
comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant menu and allergens, wine list and
any specials promotions and able to answer guest queries quickly,
knowledgeably and in a discreet manner in line with the highest standards;
Ability to take food and
beverage orders in a professional manner, taking every opportunity to
maximise sales in a discreet manner;
Ability to organise and
carry out all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to the
required standards;
Ability to carry out the
service of starters, main course, dessert, beverage and tea/coffee to the
required standard;
Ability to set-up and clear tables
prior to, during and after service, ensuring that the highest standards
are maintained;
In conjunction with the management
team, ensure that you provide hospitality against business standards and
Guest Diner reports.
