PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Inspect every intensive equipment plant room, including Potable water tank / pump, Hot water heat changer room, Generator room, Fire-pump room and Fire control center et al. Check the water level of tank, the operation condition of water pump, the temperature of heat exchanger primary side and secondary side, water or oil leakage of the equipment and the location of switch and valve.
检查巡视各重点设备机房,如:生活水泵房、热水换热机房、空调热交换机房、发电机房、消防泵房及消防控制中心等;检查水箱水位、水泵是否运转良好、换热器一次/二次温度、设备有无漏水/油、开关/阀门是否处于正确位置。
2. Inspect the working condition of elevator:
检查电梯运行状态:
a) Whether the operation is stable
运行是否平稳
b) Whether has unusual sound
有无异响
c) Whether has friction and scratch.
有无摩擦及划痕
d) Whether lift out of use for checking or having trouble to ensure it is in progress
有无停梯检修、障碍,确保停梯按程序进行
3. Inspect the lighting, air-condition temperature and other equipment at each public area
检查各公共区域照明、空调温度及其它设施是否良好。
4. Inspect the water temperature, water quality, and the recycle unit operation of swimming pool.
检查游泳池水温、水质及机房循环设备运行是否良好。
5. Inspect the kitchen equipment.
检查厨房设备是否工作良好。
6. Inspect the banquet, meeting room and support other department at any time.
检查宴会、会议场地,随时给予其它部门支持。
7. Inspect the construction condition of out-comers.
检查酒店外来人员施工情况。
8. Pay attention to VIP guest room whether needs temporary maintenance.
关注VIP客人的入住房间是否需要临时性的维护工作。
9. Pay attention to the GEMS, handle the complaint and turn to Technician Assistant to update the system.
关注客人投诉系统,及时处理问题并告知技术助理进行系统更新。
10. The regulations for shifting of duty are as followed:
实行交接班制度如下:
a) Attendees are Duty Engineer, Operation supervisor and colleagues on duty.
参加人员主要有值班工程师、运行主管及当班员工组成。
b) Handover should be processed 15 minutes ahead of on/off duty.
交接班在上/下班前15分钟进行。
c) Handover must be in person, cannot delay and absence without reason.
交接班必需当面进行,不可延误、不可无故缺席。
d) Handover items: duty log, keys, tools, communication devices et al.
交接班物品:值班记录、钥匙、工具、通讯设施等。
e) Handover contents: Notices, the condition of unfinished works et al.
交接班工作:注意事项、未完成工作状况等。
f) Handover can be done after signing on the duty log to define responsibility.
值班工程师在工作记录本上签字双方责任清楚后方可完成。
11. Inspect the building lighting, garden lighting and the sign of hotel when light is on in the evening. For example: whether the light is on in time, whether the lighting has damaged, whether the colour difference exist and whether the appearance is intact.
傍晚亮灯时刻检查建筑照明、园林照明及酒店招牌,如:亮灯是否及时、灯光有无损坏、颜色有无差异,外观是否良好等。
12. Overnight Duty Engineer is responsible for recording the usage condition of each energy and also entering, analyzing into computer. Operate the devices under a both reasonable and energy saving condition.
夜班值班工程师负责抄录当天各种能源使用情况并进行电脑输入、计算、分析,把设备控制在合理化、节约能源状态下运行。
13. Ensures punctual attendance and adherence to duty schedules by all subordinate supervisors, Ensures that personal grooming and hygiene standards are being observed doing spot checks in the morning
确保工程部所有人员按时出勤并随时保持良好的个人仪表与卫生标准。
14. Ensures that house rules are followed and obeyed, Provide complete secretarial support and services and maintains confidentiality in all matters related with the position.
确保遵循酒店规章,提供全面的协助性支持与服务,同时确保与此职位有关的所有事宜的机密性。
15. Provide unique and high quality service for our guests forwardly.
主动向酒店客人提供独特、高品质的服务改进。
16. To maintain a clean, organized and efficient administrative office.
保持办公室整洁有序高效地运作。
17. Keep good relationship with the rest department in the hotel.
保持与酒店各部门的良好关系。
18. Perform other duties assigned by the management.
履行管理层安排的其他工作职责。

1. High school degree or above in Engineering or related major.
