【岗位职责】 1、协助餐厅经理完成日常运营管理工作，确保餐厅服务质量和运营效率 2、负责餐厅员工排班、培训及现场工作指导，提升团队服务水平 3、监督食品制作流程及卫生标准执行，确保符合食品安全规范 4、处理顾客投诉及突发事件，维护餐厅良好形象 5、协助制定并执行营销活动方案，提升餐厅营业额 6、管理餐厅物资库存，控制运营成本【岗位要求】 1、具备餐饮行业相关工作经验，熟悉西餐厅运营流程 2、良好的团队管理能力，能有效协调员工工作 3、较强的服务意识及沟通能力，能妥善处理客户关系 4、具备基础的财务知识，能进行简单的成本核算 5、工作细致认真，能适应高强度工作压力 6、具备基础的英语沟通能力者优先

岗位职责: 1.Supervise the waitstaff and ensure smooth service operations. 对服务人员进行工作督导，确保对客服务的顺畅 2.Ensure that service staff adhere to high standards of hospitality and service. 确保服务人员保持热情态度和服务 3.Manage seating arrangements and flow of guests, particularly during busy periods. 协调座位安排和客人用餐流量，特别是在餐厅高峰时段 4.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency. 用专业和高效的方式处理客人的询问、投诉和特殊要求 5.Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. 确保用餐区始终保持干净、有序并维护良好的状态 6.Support in maintaining an organized and fully stocked service area. 协助维护用餐区域的合理性 7.Communicate and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. 与厨房沟通协作，确保点单的准确性与时效性 8.Assist in developing and implementing service improvement initiatives. 协助提升并实施服务改进计划岗位要求: 1.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry (Fine dining experience preferred). 至少1-2年餐饮行业管理工作经验(有高端餐饮工作经验优先) 2.Experience in Beijing or China is an advantage. 有北京或国内工作经验者优先 3.Strong leadership and team coordination skills. 具有较强的领导能力和团队协调能力 4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 具有优秀的沟通和人际交往能力 5.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 能够在快节奏的环境中处理多项任务和高效工作 6.High attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service. 能够高度关注细节，并提供优质服务 7.Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is an advantage. 对于意大利美食和文化有所了解 8.Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism. 能够以专业的态度处理具有挑战性的问题 9.Basic proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite). 基本的计算机应用能力
