· Assist in planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating Talent & Culture activities in areas of Talent benefits, wages, salary, labour and Talent relations, recruitment, Talent career development.
协助管理与协调人才福利、人才工资、劳资关系、新人才的招聘、人才职业发展等工作。
· Recommending, implementing, formulating and executing hotel policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for Talent.
协助负责制订,完善并执行酒店的规章制度,工作程序和其它人才活动。
Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
财务及收入职责
· Evaluate changes and trends in market compensation and makes recommendations, help the hotel recruitment activities happen under a proper salary scale.
评估市场薪资福利变化趋势并做出建议 ,使酒店通过合理的工资架构招聘人员。
· Control payroll cost, help hotel running with a good manning budget.
控制人力成本,帮助酒店在正常运营中拥有良性的人员编制。
Talent & Culture Responsibilities
人才与文化责任
· Ensure wherever possible that talents are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation.
确保人才不会受到与工作场所相关的歧视,骚扰和侵害。
· Communicates and leads by example according to the owner’s requirement and Accor values.
业主的要求和雅高价值观作为沟通和领导的依据。
· Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.
及时和保密地处理骚扰和歧视等问题。
· Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

· Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

Guest Service Responsibilities

· Interacts with external establishments or individuals such as schools, labour market, social insurance bureau etc. government officials and members of the local community.

· Interacts in a positive way with other departments to ensure guest experience.
与其它部门进行有效地互相配合以确保客人的体验。
· Disseminates personnel policies to hotel Talent and assist to organize Talent activities to motivate Talent relations.
做好人事制度宣传工作,参与组织人才活动,促进人才关系。
· Coordinate on CONNECT (community service) activities.

Professional Technical Responsibilities
专业技术责任
· Develop and implement recruitment and screening system.
制订与完善人才的招聘与筛选程序。
· Assist in establishing standard policies and screening system.
协助制订招聘的标准制度与程序。
· Investigate and review all disciplinary action to ensure the actions are complying with the labour law, hotel rules and regulations. Consult with department heads on appropriate actions and recommend final results.
为确保与劳动法和酒店规章制度的一致,重新审查所有行政纪律行为。与部门经理一起商讨合适的办法,并作最终的处罚建议。
· Ensure the Talent to comply with hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
保证人才遵守酒店的规章制度与工作程序,同时保证酒店的规章制度与法令法规的一致性。
· Oversee Talent personnel and ensure the effective Talent management.
统一负责酒店的人事工作,以保证对全体人才的有效管理。
· Maintain and update Talent records, legal document, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.
管理和更新人才的档案、法律法规文件、酒饭店规章制度与工作程序,以及其他人事文件。
· Prepare and submit periodic personnel reports such as turnovers, personnel inventories, recruitment, and Talent accident.
定期准备并上交人事报告,汇报如人员流动、人才人数、招聘新人才和人才事故状况。
· Follow up closely the end of probation period date and end of contract date.
密切跟踪人才试用期和合同的到期期限。
· Monitor the Talent performance appraisal.
监督对人才工作表现的评估。
· Monitor the employment contract are signed in line with government law and hotel policy.
监督人才劳动合同的签订符合法律及酒店政策。
· Monitor and review hotel Talent salary, benefits and compensation and recommend to Director of Talent & Culture of the changes as appropriate.
监督酒店的人才薪资、 福利和补助情况,如有变化,向人才与文化部总监汇报。
· Monitor the follow up of time record of Talent.
监督人才考勤记录。
· Analyze hotel manpower requirement and recommends selection activities to meet the requirement.
对酒店的人才需求数量作宏观分析, 并根据需要提出调整建议。
· Regularly inspects Talent Restaurant, locker rooms, restrooms and other Talent facilities to ensure that they are well maintained and used.
定期检查人才餐厅、更衣室、休息室和其它人才便利设施并保持良好的维护和使用。
· Assist supervise the Talent Apartment management and regularly inspection.
协助指导人才公寓的管理并定期检查。
· Disseminates information regarding Talent activities, hotel personnel policies, procedures, and any information related to employer-Talent relations.
及时准确向人才做好人事宣传工作, 如通知举办活动或公布人事新举措。
· Monitor present and future trends of the local labour situation, legislation and recommends update information to the Director of Talent & Culture.
监督用工现状以及当地与之相关的法令法规的发展趋向,并以此采取相应措施。
· Reviews personnel policies, procedures and practice and recommends changes, modification or update information to the Director of Talent & Culture.
研究有关人事方面的政策规定以及相关操作程序与惯例, 如有改动变更或最新规定,及时向人才与文化总监汇报。
· To improve Talent performance through human management system this creates Talent loyalty and commitment.
通过人事管理体系增进人才工作表现, 提高人才忠诚度及服务承诺。
· Ensure the efficient running of T&C department.
确保人才与文化部的有效运转。
· Must be an example of the Accor Values, brand standards, and a champion of grooming and appearance guidelines.

· Performs other related duties and special projects as required by the General Manager both within and outside the hotel.
一般情况下,所有的人才们都要求遵从他们上级主管的每一个合理要求,并在一定时间内完成。
· All talents are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.
当酒店运作需要时,所有的人才都有可能会被安排到酒店的其他岗位,执行其职责。
· All talents may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
所有人才均可能将按照酒店业务水平所需支援其它酒店。

· Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified.

· Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures.

· Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and talents.

· Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to AccorHotels Internet and Email policy.

· Ensure Hotel, Customer and Talent information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.

Main Complexity/Critical Issues In The Job主要复杂/关键工作事项
· To be responsible for talent recruitment to meet the operation needs, including releasing information, sourcing candidates and conduct primary interview.

· To be responsible for the management of talent canteen, locker room etc. to ensure they are well operated and maintained.

· Keep contact and maintain good relationship with the labor and relevant organizations, and deal with necessary procedures of employment and Social Insurance timely.

· Keep contact and maintain good relationship with relevant schools and talent agencies to source comparatively qualified trainees

· Organize annual talent party, assist in organization of talent activity such as talent birthday party etc.

· Handle talent complain and dispute case. Investigates the discipline case if needs and consults with HODs on appropriate action.
处理人才投诉和纠纷,如有需要,调查人才的违纪事件,与部门经理商讨合适的处理方法,提出处理建议。
· Conduct exit interview for Supervisor and below talents and summarized information.
督导级及以下人才的离职面谈及情况汇总。
· Assist Learning & Development Manager with New Talent Orientation, and conduct the concerned course.
协助学习与发展经理搞好新人才的入职培训,并上有关的课程。
. Have Accor T&C Manager experience is preferred.
有雅高同岗位工作经验优先
