QUALIFICATION 任职资格:
* Aassociate degree or above in engineering related professional
具有工程相关专业的大专(含)以上学历
* 5 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
五年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
* Familiar with the knowledge and skills of mechanical and electrical repairs & maintenance, boiler maintenance.
具有机电维修,维护和锅炉维护知识和技能;
* Skilled in the use of office automation equipment and related engineering software.
熟练使用办公软件及相关工程软件。
* Excellent interpersonal skills, organizing and leadership skills, identification and problem-solving skills;

JOB DESCRIPTION 职位说明:
* To ensure that the safety running of various systems and ancillary equipment of the hotel during duty. To corrective error immediately. To assimilate and summarize the best economic run program at work, trying to save energy.
确保本酒店各系统当值期间所管辖范围的各种设备及附属设备的安全运行。发现误差和问题立即组织人员纠正和处理。在工作中不断吸收和总结最佳的经济运行方案,力图为本酒店节省能耗。
* Formulation, implementation and supervision of the monthly and annual maintenance programs for the system equipment and spare parts. Submitting the programs to DOE/Asst DOE regularly.
负责制定所管辖系统设备月度和年度的维修保养计划及备品、备件计划,定期报送工程总监和工程副总监审定,并负责组织安排维修保养计划的实施,制定工作标准,督导下属保证工作质量提高工作效率。
* To participate the major transformation and technology promotion of the hotel system equipment actively. To make reasonable suggestions for related equipment defects, and perfect them.
积极参与工程部对本酒店各系统设备的重大改造和技术推广,针对有关设备缺陷提出合理化建议,不断完善酒店优质管理和运作。
* Master the management of system operation and control status. To reviewe the running table regularly. To correct the error immediately.
掌握所管理系统的运行情况及控制状态,定期审阅运行表,发现错误和异常应立即校正和分析处理。
* Preparation and implementation of appropriate training programs.
编制相应的培训计划,并进行培训。
* Have knowledge about hotel product knowledge, including Food& Beverage, Guest Room, Banquet, Health club ect. and can answer all these questions to our guests.
了解酒店产品知识,包括餐饮、客房、宴会、健身等设施,能够回答客人关于这些方面的所有问题。
* Have a complete knowledge of hotel policies and procedures as well as departmental SOP.
全面了解酒店的各项规定和程序及部门标准操作程序。
* Have knowledge about all emergency procedures and know how to act on them.
了解并正确组织实施应急预案。
* Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies, being responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
遵守安全规定,确保酒店安全。发生事故,及时上报。遵守酒店的安全规范。负责设备操作前的安全指导工作。
* In case of emergency such as fire, lift failure, you must go immediately .
如有紧急情况,如火警、升降机故障等,必须立刻前往。
* To audit subordinate employee attendance and work completion. Good at technical file management.
审核下属员工考勤及工作完成情况;做好技术档案管理工作。
* To follow up other tasks which assigned by superior.
