Consistency monitors of wine being served and service quality, escalating any major problems/complaints to Management.

Actively promotes the use of up selling techniques within outlet to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Provides specialist advice to customers and colleagues on food and beverages, wine paring when required.

Monitors all aspects of wine and related operational equipment’s quality and hygiene and takes immediate corrective action when required.

Monitor storage’s Variances & Spoilages.

To complete all the necessary variance and spoilage report.

To ensure that all services delivered within the restaurant ‘s operation are being charged correctly.

Ensure that all new staff in the restaurants receive proper training until they are fully aware of company standards.

Be informed and aware of all relevant legislation regarding service of wine, the sale of tobacco, opening hours, etc

To regularly price check all wine items from Simphony to menu and seek if there are any discrepancies.
