Responsibilities/主要工作职责
· To understand and follow up hotel policies, departmental rules, and SOP.
了解和遵循酒店政策, 部门规程, 和酒店标准运营程序.
· To plan sales calls properly to maximize the results.
制定适当的电话销售计划以取得最大效益.
· To entertain clients regularly.
定期款待客户.
· To conduct hotel inspections.
带领客户进行酒店参观.
· To meet VIPs’ upon check-in.
当贵宾办理入住手续时与贵宾客户进行会面.
· To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with Banquet Department and follow-up revisions.
与宴会, 外卖活动的潜力客户进行商务谈判并跟踪任何需调整的方面.
· To carry out special projects assigned.
执行特殊项目分配.
· To maintain sales record of all accounts under his/her.
维护其下所有公司的销售记录.
· To meet and service in-house FIT clients, groups and organizers.
会面和服务酒店散客, 团体客户和会议组织者.
· To ensure a smooth responses to clients by communicating efficiently with the Sales Coordinator.与销售协调员有效地沟通后,确保给予客户顺利的回答.
· Negotiation for rates (Corporate and Travel Agents).
与商务及旅行社客户进行价格谈判
· Follow-up bookings status and to discuss group requirements (meeting arrangement, breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.).
追踪预订情形以及商讨活动要求 (会议安排, 早餐, 午宴, 晚宴等).
· Follow-up on deposit.
跟进保证金.
· To handle correspondence to agent / incentive organizer.
处理与代理商及奖励组织者得相关资料
· To oversee that group orders are routed to all departments concerned.
监督团队客户订单已经与各相关部门联系.
· To follow-up correspondence.
跟进所有相关活动细节
· To submit Sales weekly sales plan and sales report.
提交每周销售计划和销售报告.
· Attend sales briefing and meeting.
