Job Description 岗位职责
1、In charge of concierge. 直接负责礼宾部的工作。
2、Maintains and controls the use of the luggage room, ensuring that luggage is properly stored and labeled at all times.
负责管理行李房,确保所有的行李有行李标签并且存放在适当的位置。
3、Arranges and prepares information on Special Events or Hotel Services to be bulletined.
负责所有的特殊事情和饭店服务的有关信息的公告。
4、Ensures that all equipment within the section is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.
确保工作区域内的所有设备处于良好工作状态。
5、Assist in identifying training needs, develops training plans and implements training sessions for all staff within the section on a regular basis.
协助参与员工的培训工作。负责员工的日常培训,制定培训计划。
6、Ensures daily departing time of due out guests and arranges for taxis, shuttle arrangements and limousine services to the airport if required.
确保当客人有要求时,为预计离店的客人安排出租车、机场班车的服务。
7、Look into the maintenance of all baggage/bell trolleys to ensure that they are in good working order.
检查所有的行李车,以确保它们处于正常的工作状态。
8、Ensures that all work areas are neat and tidy at all time.
保证所有的工作区域始终保持整洁。
Job Requirements 岗位要求
I. EDUCATION: College education, major in Hospitality or Tourism management or other related majors.
学历要求: 大专以上学历,服务专业或旅游管理专业;
II. Experiences: Three years and above Concierge operation and manage experiences.
资历要求: 三年或以上礼宾部门运作及管理经验;
III. SKILLS: Oral and written fluency in English, familiar with Opera system, be good at Microsoft Office.
工作技能: 流利的英语口语及书写能力,擅长Opera的操作,应用Microsoft Office 软件;
IV. QUALITY: Self-confidence ,Enthusiasm in work, carefulness
个人素质: 自信,积极敬业,工作认真细致;
V. ABILITY: Good communication and coordination ability, and good team leadership.
个人能力: 具备较强的沟通,协调能力及团队领导力。
