Set up of stations and prepare mise en place as
instructed by Supervisor, following daily production charts according to

Adhere to safety

first out procedure at all times and date and label food prepared in the

Keep work area clean at all times and fill in

Follow and enforce uniform standards, including name
tag, basic card, calibrated thermometer and green hygiene essential card遵循和执行统一的制服标准,包括员工名牌,员工卡,温度计和必不可少的健康证。
Assist in orientation of kitchen trainees, student
trainees, station attendants and cooks and assist them in their tasks协助厨房的实习生,在校实习生,服务员进行入职培训,并协助他们完成任务。
Be able to work
and assist in other areas of the culinary department when needed and take part

When working on a food station or in direct contact

properly and inform your supervisor on maintenance issue, break down and

No personal phone
calls while on duty are allowed上班时间不允许随意接听私人电话。
Smoking in the
property or outside wearing uniform is an offence to the law在工作区域吸烟或穿着制服在外面吸烟都是违反规章制度的。

Check all food in fridges at the beginning and end
of every shift; assist trainees and station attendants in their areas and

Preserve and
enforce preserving of energy by switching off all equipment after work or if
not needed在工作结束后或不需要时关掉所有设备开关,做到节约能源。
Breaks and meal
periods as hotel policy按酒店规定的时间休息和进餐。
At end of service periods, have sections cleaned and
ready for following service periods在服务时间结束时进行部门打扫,并为接下来的服务做准备。
Follow the posted
schedule and report at workstation on time遵循岗位时刻表并及时汇报工作情况。
Perform all other reasonable tasks as requested by management执行所有管理层指定分配的任务
