Operating Equipment control, etc,. The Acting Cost supervisor is a staff specialist whose job is to assist
the Management in the on-going process of “Cycle of Control” which leads to
keep costs in line with what they should be and attain the maximum gross profit
food and beverage sales, and supervise and manage the requests of OE &
FF&E damage.
