1. Makesure that all open food and beverage items are dated and covered.

procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within

4. Be awareof duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation,policies and procedure.

知识与经验
1. Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
具有酒店管理或相关领域的学历/专业证书。
2. 2-3 years as Chinese Kitchen Chef dePartie in 4/5 Star category Hotel or individual restaurants with highstandards.
2-3年厨房经验在四/五星级酒店的咖啡厅或很高级别的个体餐厅
3. Interpersonalskills – communicates easily/openly.

4. Reliableand consistent.
