岗位职责
1. 协助经理负责康乐中心日常运营管理,确保各区域服务流程顺畅。
Assist the manager in daily operation management of the Recreation Center to ensure smooth service processes in all areas.
2. 监督并指导一线员工(接待、服务、救生)的工作,确保服务标准与礼仪规范。
Supervise and guide the work of front-line employees (reception, service, lifeguard) to ensure service standards and etiquette norms.
3. 负责所在班次的现场安全管控、卫生检查及设备运行状态巡检。
Responsible for on-site safety control, hygiene inspection and equipment operation status inspection during the shift.
4. 协助进行员工排班、在岗培训及绩效沟通。
Assist in employee scheduling, on-the-job training and performance communication.
5. 处理当班期间的客人一般性咨询与投诉,并及时上报。
Handle general guest inquiries and complaints during the shift and report in a timely manner.
6. 负责相关物品、布草的申领、保管与盘点工作。
Responsible for applying for, keeping and inventorying relevant items and linen.
任职要求
1. 年龄25-45周岁,大专及以上学历,酒店管理或相关专业优先。
Aged 25-45, college degree or above, major in hotel management or related fields is preferred.
2. 至少两年酒店的健康俱乐部或康体中心的管理工作经验。
At least two years of management experience in hotel health club or fitness center.
3. 熟悉水乐园、温泉或康体项目运营,具备较强的现场督导和培训能力。
Familiar with the operation of water park, hot spring or fitness projects, with strong on-site supervision and training capabilities.
4. 工作责任心强,具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
Strong sense of work responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit.
