JOB OVERVIEW职位概述
Sales Executive's mission is to primarily promote the hotel and hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. This position is accountable for booking individual, group business, banquets and meetings on an established base of the top producing key accounts and for managing / converting high potential key prospects to meet with and excel the forecaster occupancy, budgeted average rate and revenue.
销售主任的任务主要是在其销售区域内大力推广本酒店及集团内部的其他酒店,该职务负责对个人、团体、宴会、会议的预定,以主要客户为基础并不断挖掘潜在客户以完成及超额完成预定、住房率、平均房价及营业额。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
The Sales Executive performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales.

Control customer database mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.
控制客户的信息库和通讯名录并保证不断更新。
Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.
保持现有客户并发展新的客户。
Maintain good business relationship with all producers.
同客户保持良好的商业关系。
Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.
完成每周的款待和活动计划。
Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.
对团队和商务散客通过电话销售、访问、邮寄开展销售活动。
Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation.
确认所有的预定单(包括宴会与会议)被准确无误地在销售部与宴会之间进行沟通并生效。
Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.
保证对所有的来信和电话询问都进行有效的处理,建立一种令人愉快的工作关系。
Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.
记录客户对于酒店发展的建议和最新的信息。
Familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system. Ensure the implementation and utilization of in-house software especially the “sales and catering”, use it efficiently and maintain its application.
熟悉酒店电脑及数据系统的运作和应用程序。确定并保持对“销售及餐饮”等酒店电脑系统软件的有效运用。
Keep well informed and well coordination about the operations especially in essential departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquet etc.).
关注及配合好整个酒店尤其是主要运作部门对客服务(前厅部、客房部、餐饮部、宴会厅等)。
Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention and communicate with the respective departments if necessary for proper handling. Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated

Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (situation, prices, services etc.) offered on a regular basis - daily and give the updated feedback to DOS.
密切关注涉及竞争的事宜(形式、常规价格、服务等)需每日更新收集最新的准确信息并反馈给销售总监。
Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining,conducting, site inspections, presentations etc. of the hotel.
通过经常宴请、定点参观酒店、介绍酒店等活动推销酒店。
At all times, promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.
在随时随地对客发生的联系中提高酒店的正面形象。
Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.

Promote and sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and achieve the highest revenue desired and targeted.

Organize and submit weekly sales report to the DOS
组织并提交每周销售报告给销售总监。
Ensure that all new clients have no negative credit references.
确保所有新客户均无没负面信用的记录。
Ensure that all commercial reporting for department head is handled with efficiency and accuracy, meet all dealings without excuse
确保所有提交给上司的商业报告都按要求快速准确完成。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
Minimum of 2 years Sales management experience, preferably in the luxury setting

A strong understanding of overall hotel business

Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches

Must have the ability to understand local markets that affect the business of the hotel
