1.Handel all incoming information etc with confidentiality and forward to the concerned person.

2.Take charge of the control room and monitor CCTV at all times.

3.Ensure that gate passes are issued for all items/stocks that leave the hotel and each item to be logged in the register book.

4.Make entries of all items received after working hours.
将下班后收到的所有物品登记在册。
5.Support in emergency situations and accompany guests or team members to local authorities /hospital if required.
在紧急情况下提供支持,必要时陪同客人或团队成员前往当地政府/医院。
6.Prepare hand over reports from shift to shift.
准备交接班报告。
7.Assist Guest relations with information asked by guests, be proactive in guest contact and show interest in guest concerns.
协助客人关系处理客人要求的信息,主动与客人联系,关心客人的问题。
8.Ensure proper key control is followed at all times and entries are made each time a key is withdrawn or deposited.
确保在任何时候都遵循适当的密钥控制,并且在每次提取或存放密钥时都要输入相应的条目。
9.Monitor the different areas of the hotel on CCTV, noting any suspicious actions.
监控酒店的不同区域,发现任何可疑行为。
10.Knowledgeable of all security policies, procedure and set standards.

11.Ensure that a security officer is present when any office is opened or stocks are taken from the stores after office hours.

12.Closely monitor the hotel lobby in particular

13.Assist the manager on duty in the event that immediate assistance is required.

22.Understand and strictly adhere to the rules and regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the hotel’s policy on fire, Hygiene, health and Safety.

·Provide escort duty for money transfers to the General Cashier’s office or bank as required

Position Summary 职位概述
1.Check the safety and fire related issues in whole hotel.
完成安全保障和安全服务任务。
2.Keep the parking area in good condition and direct car parking and ensure all the parked cars in safety.
维护车场的交通秩序,指挥机动车辆停放,对车辆进行有效的疏导,保证客人车辆安全。
3.Manage the related taxis according to the Taxi Management Policy.
按出租车管理规定,对出租车进行管理。
4.Immediately report illegal acts/incidents, any attempts of unauthorized entry and all suspicious or unusual activity.
观察进出酒店人员,注意发现可疑人,阻止精神病人、衣着破烂者进入酒店。
5.Check guest registration issues and assist front office to work well.
查验客人住宿凭证,协助前台作好来访者的登记工作。
6.Check and give out the external visitor’s Pass-permit Card. Implement the External visitor’s policy and stop any suspects entering hotel.
查验、发放进入酒店的店外人员的访客证,严格执行访客制度,阻止无关人员进入酒店。
7.Patrolling into the whole hotel regularly and report to management and action-taken in case of any emergency found.
定期对酒店进行安全巡视,及时发现隐患,及时上报并采取措施。
