主要职责 Primary Responsibilities :
1、定制市场传讯部的政策与程序及营运手册;并在必要的时候根据集团策略及相关法律条例进行更新。
To establishMarketing & Communications Policies & Procedures (P&P), andStandard Operating Procedures (SOP); update as needed according to thecorporate strategy and legal requirements.
2、关注相关行业的市场变动,及时跟进,调整市场策略。
Be completelyaware of competitors’ activity and market trends, adjust marketing &communications strategies and follow up accordingly.
3、制定市场促销计划,并根据酒店年度运营计划控制市场传讯预算。
Schedule Marketing& Promotion plans and control marketing & communication budget based onthe hotel annual business plan.
4、根据不同运营部门的需要,制定推广活动及广告宣传。
To plan promoteactivities and advertise according to the need of each outlet.
5、代表酒店与媒体,社区,客户及各雅高集团代表处保持紧密联系,提升酒店形象。
Represents andpromotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the media, localcommunity, the customer base and Accor offices.
知识和经验 Knowledge and Experience :
1、本科及以上学历;两年以上酒店食品安全岗位工作经验。
Bachelor degree or above; More than two years of work experience in hotel food safety positions.
2、较好的英语口语基础,形象气质佳,善于电脑操作,具备较强的团队凝聚力。
Good Oral English foundation, good image and temperament, good at computer operation, with strong team cohesion.
3、注重细节,工作有责任心,敢于承担责任,执行力较强。
Pay attention to details, have a sense of responsibility, dare to take responsibility, strong executive ability.
4、有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
Self-motivated and good learning ability and pressure tolerance.
