Responsibilities：• Develop and execute strategic development plan to achieve the short term, and long term business growth under HMA model, Design+HMA model, and asset related model.• Implement and maintain a robust development monitoring system, including growth, pipeline reporting, owner’s database, signings and leads forecasts, and relevant financial reports. Play the role of naked brand ambassador at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity and company’s DNA is always maintained.• Pro-active approach to explore new business relationships and meet expectations throughout owner events and interactions with existing and potential owners. Member of internal think tank for new product development.• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships, pitch for projects and sign the resorts management contracts.• Evaluate viability and conduct feasibility studies of potential projects through financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, market research, and other suitable methodologies.• Monitor industry trend on both national & global scale by collecting economic and marketing data and relevant third-party report, establishing business development database.• Proven ability in working with legal and finance department to prepare new resort projection model and management contracts / design contracts / legal documents (LOI, MOU, NDA, etc.)• Develop and manage relationships with hotel owners, brokers, REITs, joint venture partners and investment firms; as well as internal colleagues.• On-site visit and owner relation management during project life circle and other ad-hoc duties required.Requirements：• At least Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hotel or Tourism Management or similar domain.• At least 6 years of experience as a hotel developer in well known brand hotel management company with track record of closing substantial hotel project deals. Experience in real estate developer hotel sector will be a plus.• Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments.• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.• Strong business development capability, forward thinking, keep him/herself very close to the trend of China’s hotel/tourism industry development trend.• Proven ability to implement contracts using superior negotiation and presentation skills.• Results driven with ability to both manage and execute projects.• Be fully fluent in Chinese and English and writes well.
