MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Reporting tothe General Manager, the incumbent will manage the Maintenance department andits activities to ensure optimal operational effectiveness and promote asafe environment across the resort’s premises to all Team Members and Guests.
工程总监将汇报给酒店的总经理，工作职责包括工程部综合管理、日常维修以确保酒店运营高效进行，以及为酒店客人和员工营造一个安全的酒店环境。
TheDirector of Engineering will actively participate in the developmentand coordination of preventive maintenance measures related to Guest rooms,public areas, the back of the house, as well as for mechanical equipment andthe building system.
工程总监将负责对酒店客房、公区、行政区域、机电设备、楼体系统进行预防性维护。
Additionally,the ideal candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that theresort’s premises and its building systems are adequately maintainedto the best possible standards to preserve its maximum value andextend the asset life of the property.
此外，还将负责确保酒店建筑设施以及建筑系统按品牌标准得到妥善的维护以最大程度维持其价值并延长使用寿命。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景资格
Degree
majoring in Engineering from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
毕业于认证的学校或机构，工程维修专业
Qualifications
in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design will be an advantage.
在能源和环境设计方面有管理资质将会是加分项。
Postgraduate
qualifications would be a definite advantage.
研究生学历将具有明显竞争优势。
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
Candidates with managementexperience in the security department will be given priority.
同时具备安保部管理经验的候选人优先
A minimum of 10 years of workingexperience in the hospitality industry at senior managerial position in theengineering field.
10年及以上酒店高级工程管理职位。
A minimum of 5 years of workingexperience as Head of Engineering department.
5年及以上工程部门总监经验。
Excellent command of processcontrol techniques and maintenance procedures.
对过程控制技能和工程维护标准有优秀的把控能力。
Prior experience with regulatoryand documentation requirements related to engineering codes and standards.
熟悉工程监管，并在制作工程规范以及标准的文件方面有丰富经验。
Pre-opening resort experience and international fivestar hotel working experience as a department head are required.
作为部门主管，度假村筹备开业经历以及国际酒店经历是必备的资质。
