Enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance and legal matters. To preserve the resort’s integrity by making sure it stays on a lawful and ethical course.
Key Duties and Responsibilities主要岗位职责
Responsible for all internal work related to legal affairs and compliance, including contracts, agreements, legal advice, litigation, arbitration, etc., to protect the legitimate rights of the resort and avoid possible legal risks.
Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the resort as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
Responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, prompting, prevent and controlling possible legal risks arising from the performance of contracts.
Responsible for legal review of resort contracts and contract related management of various departments, put forward legal suggestions, and safeguard the legitimate rights of the resort
On behalf of the resort to handle all kinds of arbitration, litigation or non-litigation and other legal affairs, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the resort
Responsible for liaison and cooperation with group lawyers and legal advisers.
Regularly collect the latest national laws and regulations, and report to the resort management team according to the specific situation and time of the company.
Assist the resort to do compliance audit and improve procedures from legal point of view
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
Job Requirements 任职要求
Minimum 2 years proven experience as compliance and legal affairs
Preferred lawyer's practice qualification certificate and legal qualification practice certificate.
In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor degree or above, major in law or related.
Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to independently deal with legal affairs or legal related work experience.
Fluent in English reading and writing, able to review and revise contracts in English.
Good command of computer skills, office
Good professional ethics, strong sense of confidentiality and execution.
