Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1.Provides administrative support to Director directe and ensures the implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions.

2.Types, files, and upkeeps of all private and confidential matters related to the department.
打印、归档并保存所有部门的机密事项。
3· Compiles and types statistical reports.
编辑并打印各类报表。
4.Types, takes dictation and minutes, drafts letters, files and traces, composes correspondence.
打印、记录并制作备忘录,草拟信件,文件归档,书写通信。
5. Attends and prepares minutes for Division employees’ meetings.
关注并准备部门员工会议。
6. Monitors and maintains the proper appearance of the Food & Beverage office area.
监督并保存办公室的出勤状况。
