To ensure the opening and closing of the swimming pool procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently. To contribute ideas and suggestions and actively promote the services to enhance operational/environmental procedures and facilities in the property.To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guest with a warm, friendly and genuine smile. Ensures sufficient stock of items in swimming pool areas including towels, water, beverages, magazines, newspapers, and amenities. Be vigilant and responsible for the safety of all guests within the pool areas. To maintain the cleanliness of pool area, pick up any trash and place into the garbage bin. To ensure that all activities and job functions are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques. Ability to operates the swim pool equipment, Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy period. Must have the national occupational qualification certification swimming life-saving certificat. 至少一年国际五星级酒店工作经验，拥有很好的沟通能力。 熟练掌握使用泳池设备，面对大量工作时，能承受工作压力，能处理紧急情况。 必须持有国家职业资格认证的游泳救生证。

【岗位职责】 1、负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。 2、认真做好每天的清场工作。 3、负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生。 4、上班集中精神，不得与无关人员闲谈，救生台不得空岗，无关人员不得进入池面。 5、勤在泳池边观察。注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导。 6、定时检查更衣室，杜绝隐患。 7、为客人提供专业的游泳及健身设施的使用方式。 【岗位要求】 1、大专学历，或相关院校毕业生。 2、熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，掌握游泳卫生消毒知识，取得白卡以上救生证书。 3、能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。 4、需具备水上紧急救援技能及陆地人工救护专业知识，能够在发生水上或陆地意外时，迅速、有效地实施急救措施，保障人员安全。

Primary Responsibilities主要职责 · Maintains thorough knowledge of all strength and cardiovascular equipment and their programs as well as the proper use, alignment, safety and contraindications. · Day to day operations of the Fitness Center, including condition of the facilities, security of swimming pool and Gym property, maintenance of an accurate schedule of events, ensuring of availability of regular supplies and operations of the Fitness Center. · Possess knowledge about all aspect of Willow Stream treatments and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information, and inquiries are responded to with complete details. · Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. · Ensure, administer and check all operating equipment in the club is working properly, cleaned and kept safely by our team members and to inform the Fitness Center Manager ,engineering department when repairs needed. · Obtain needed equipment, facilities, and materials and oversee their use. · Maintains current CPR, First Aid certifications, attends health & safety courses · Promote and sell the services of the Fitness Center and maximize the potential of all sales. Do demonstrations and presentations as required. Oversee Press visits, PR and VIP visits. · Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations governing sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment. Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement. · To deal with problems, enquiries and complaints from Health Club clients.   · 对所有力量和有氧设备及其流程以及正确的使用、校准、安全和禁忌进行全面了解。 · 确保健身中心的常规的营运状况，包括设备的使用条件，泳池及健身房区域的安全，以及相关事件的记录。 · 掌握水疗和设施各方面的知识信息，以确保为客人提供信息，及完整详细地回应客人询问。 · 能适应根据酒店工作需要调整工作时间。 · 检查健身中心所有设备，器械是否正常工作， 监督保持设备的清洁和安全性，如有设备需要维修， 及时报告健身中心经理及通知工程部门维修。 · 获悉必需的器材，设备，乃至一些在海外所使用的设备器材。 · 在运动及娱乐活动中和使用其他设备锻炼的过程中， 要强调和说明安全规则。监督使用者， 告诉他们正确的使用方式。 · 具备心肺复苏证书，急救证书，参加健康和安全课程。 · 促进和销售健身中心的服务，促进所有销售的可能性,有必要时做适当的示范和解释，多留意传媒、PR、VIP顾客。 · 处理问题,调查健身中心客人的投诉。 Knowledge and Experience知识和经验 · Certified in first-aid training courses. · Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written) with basic English communication skills. · Must possess Personal Trainer Certification through an internationally recognized certifying agency or organization such as ACE, ISSA, HFPA, NASM, IPTFA, and AASFP. · Well complete each work task designated at the above Job Responsibility. ·  Ability to operates the gym equipment and swim, Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy period.   · 通过急救培训课程认证。 · 普通话说写能力流利，及基本的英文交流能力。 · 必须拥有通过国际认可的认证机构或组织，如ACE、ISSA、HFPA、NASM、IPTFA和AASFP，获得个人的培训证书。 · 与所有人才保持良好关系，在任何时候保护人才及客人的信息。 · 熟练掌握使用健身及游泳设备，面对大量工作时，能承受工作压力，能处理紧急情况。
