工作职责:
• 全面负责中餐厅(现代粤菜)厨房整体运营管理,制定并执行符合国际奢华酒店标准的出品质量、食品安全与卫生规范。
• 主导中餐菜品研发、创新与升级,打造具有品牌辨识度的特色菜系,提升餐厅餐饮口碑与核心竞争力。
• 严格管控厨房成本核算、食材采购、库存管理及毛利分析,确保经营效益达标。
• 统筹厨房团队人员管理、排班规划、绩效考核与人才培养,打造高效稳定的专业厨政团队。
• 监督食材验收、加工、烹饪全流程,保证菜品口味、造型、温度与呈现始终稳定高品质。
• 配合酒店餐饮及宴会需求,负责高端私宴、VIP 接待、重要活动的菜品设计与现场执行。
• 遵守集团食品安全、EHS、消防及卫生标准,杜绝食品安全风险,确保合规运营。
• 关注行业趋势与市场动态,借鉴先进烹饪理念,持续优化菜单结构与出品体系。
• 协调前厅、采购、财务等跨部门工作,保障餐饮服务顺畅高效,提升宾客用餐体验。
工作要求:
• 至少3年国际品牌酒店的同岗位工作经验。
• 能吃苦耐劳,为人正直,有责任心。
• 具备出色的领导力、抗压能力与品牌意识。
• 拥有米其林/黑珍珠餐厅或国际奢华酒店工作经验者优先。

We are looking for Executive Chinese Chef who is passionate about work and loves the position they take on.

Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou occupies the top 30 floors of the main tower of Guangzhou International Finance Center, standing by the scenic Pearl River. The hotel features 344 luxurious guest rooms and suites. Through the full-panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in each room, guests can enjoy a sweeping view of the city skyline, feeling as if they are "above the clouds". It has 7 F&B outlets in total, including one Michelin One-Star Chinese restaurant and one Michelin-recommended restaurant. It is a stylish gathering spot in the city for exquisite food and wine, perfect service, and a vibrant social atmosphere.
Responsibilities
• Be fully responsible for the overall operation and management of the Chinese kitchen(Modern Cantonese Cuisine), formulate and implement product quality, food safety and hygiene standards in line with international luxury hotel requirements.
• Lead the research, development and innovation of Chinese cuisine, create distinctive dishes with brand identity, and enhance the restaurant’s reputation and core competitiveness.
• Strictly control kitchen cost accounting, food procurement, inventory management and gross profit analysis to ensure business targets are achieved.
• Oversee kitchen team management, scheduling, performance appraisal and talent development, building a highly efficient and professional culinary team.
• Supervise the whole process of material inspection, preparation and cooking to ensure consistent high quality in taste, presentation, temperature and service.
• Respond to hotel F&B and banquet demands, design menus and oversee execution for high-end private dinners, VIP receptions and important events.
• Comply with group food safety, EHS, fire safety and hygiene standards to eliminate risks and ensure fully compliant operation.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, adopt advanced culinary concepts, and continuously optimize menu structure and production system.
• Coordinate with front office, purchasing, finance and other departments to ensure smooth F&B service and improve guest dining experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
• At least 3 year of work experience in an international brand hotel.
• Hardworking, upright and responsible.
• With excellent leadership, resilience and strong brand awareness.
• Prior experience in Michelin-starred/Black Pearl awarded restaurants or international luxury hotels is preferred.
