1. Manages and oversees the daily operations of the Security department. Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly checklist for Fire Alarm System, Emergency Public Announcement Systems, Key Control, CCTV equipment, Access doors, Patrolling and Life Saving to ensure that they are fully functional. 制定并核查消防报警系统、应急广播系统、钥匙管控、监控设备、门禁、巡逻及救生设施的日 / 周 / 月检查表，确保设备正常运转。 13. 工作职责： 1、制定全面的安全保卫措施。保障酒店及写字楼安全，对酒店及写字楼的安全工作负全面责任。 2、制定部门安全、保卫规章制度和职责，必要时下达专门命令，确保酒店、写字楼及各部门的安全。与公安、消防等各业务口保持良好的业务关系。 3、上传下达政府各级机关有关安全、保卫、消防方面的法令，并贯彻执行。对可能发生的刑事、治安案件、自然灾害，要有特殊的防范措施，以防万一。 4、必要时,向业主（住户）传达政府和酒店、写字楼有关安全、消防方面的规定，务必使他们明白并遵照执行。 5、与各部门保持经常联系，为他们提供安全的工作环境与条件，使各项安全制度落实到实处。 6、制定各种安全消防制度，定期检查消防设施，培训消防人员，进行消防演习,对全体职工进行法制教育、消防教育，做到防患于未然。 7、做好重要客人、重大节日敏感日和活动的安全保卫工作。 8、指导、配合政府部门调查处理宾客及酒店、写字楼内公私财务失窃案件、治安案件。 9、监督检查重点部位员工是否执行安全操作规程，及时向领导汇报酒店及写字楼存在的不安全隐患、漏洞，并提出整改意见。 10、挑选本部门的工作人员，督导下级的在职培训，制定本部门工作程序，高效率地工作。 11、安全体系构建： 建立并维护全面的酒店安全防范体系，包括物理安全、信息安全、消防安全及反恐防暴。 12、日常安保运营： 督导安保团队完成巡逻、监控、门岗、车场管理及重点部位守护工作，确保无安全死角。 13、消防管理： 作为酒店消防安全责任人，确保消防系统时刻处于有效状态，组织定期演练与培训。 14、事件与调查： 负责处理各类安全突发事件、事故调查，并与公安、消防、国家安全等政府部门保持良好沟通与协作。 15、跨部门协作与宾客服务： 15.1快速响应并高效解决运营部门提出的安保设备报修与技术支持需求，最大限度减少对客服务干扰。 15.2为大型宴会、VIP接待等活动提供保障与专项安保方案。 15.3处理并跟进宾客有关设施或安全方面的意见与投诉。 16、合规与报告： 16.1确保部门操作完全符合《安全生产法》、《消防法》等所有相关法律法规。 16.2定期向管理层提交设施状况、能耗分析、安全事件及风险管理报告。 17、督导本部门的工作。 18、酒店总经理室交办的其他工作任务。 任职资格： 1.大专及以上文化程度。 2.具有酒店、写字楼管理知识。 3.具备分析、预测涉外酒店、写字楼安全，并对管理部门提出建议 的能力。 4.具备与政府部门、酒店各部门保持良好沟通的能力。 5.具备解决属于职权范围内问题的能力。 6.具备督导骨干和分派骨干任务的能力。 7.具备督导下级完成职责及指派任务的能力。 8.有8年安全保卫工作经验，担任过同岗位2年以上或下一层级岗位3年以上。 9.有消防、安全生产工作经验优先。

工作职责：  同酒店所在社区的非官方领导和相关人士进行全面沟通，建立酒店的良好声誉。  协调和组织本部门的日常运营工作，包括计划和控制。  确保按照高水准执行所有的巡视和检查工作。  密切关注并保持既定行为准则目标，如未达标，应采取相应措施。  值勤时确定员工不携带武器及其它凶器。  监督指导紧急情况演习。  监督保安部日常工作，包括保安人员的部岗及日常训练。  对所有高级保安人员进行领导能力方面的培训。  分析检查所有报案记录并制定行动计划。  保持所有保安人员的纪律性和忠诚度。  确保所有保安人员及酒店所有员工遵守各项安全法规。  与其他酒店的高层员工建立良好的合作关系。  协助地方当局调查处理犯罪及事故案件。  为特殊活动制定保安工作计划（如研讨会、大型会议、政府要客、婚庆等）。  和人力资源部一起进行人力规划和管理需求。  与财务总监一起编制和管理酒店的预算。  熟悉有关财产安全、紧急救助、消防和其他危机事件的处理方案，并能够安全谨慎地使用设备。  制定处理危机情况的工作方案，并提示上级领导存在潜在的隐患。  按照酒店要求有效记录安全事故事件。  处理风险管理方面的工作及跟进酒店的安全风险防范。  协助部门进行政府及相关口径的沟通工作。  实施风险管理活动。  协调危机管理事宜。  监督食品安全管理。 任职资格：  拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往  的能力。  拥有安全和培训及保安人员和执法人员的证书。认证的 CPR，救生培训员及接受过必要的执法技巧培训。  具有本地法律，调查手段，OSHA要求和消防规范及生命安全规范的工作知识。  具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力。  中专或职业培训。  具有 4年保安经验及军队或执法经验，包括管理经验或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。

About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Sanya within the Security Department in Sanya, the Director of Security is responsible for the day to day maintain the safe environment around hotel, deal emergency and administering supervision for all colleagues within security department (patrol and fire control centre) to ensure that smooth running of the operation to serve all guests have an enjoyable and comfortable a stay as possible.
