1.Take guest in-room dining orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, coordinate delivery of food orders as well as
accurate delivery of guest Amenities.
2.Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s order.
3.Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
1.接受客人在客房内的用餐订单,与厨房沟通客人的特殊要求,保证食品订单的及时送达,并准确为客人送达欢迎礼物。
2.以礼貌、高效的电话礼仪接听电话,同时获取处理客人订单所需的所有信息。
3.预测客人的需求,确定满意度并提出建议,快速并适当地回应客人的关切和要求。

1.College Education or equivalent experience.
2.Requires good reading and oral in the English language.
3.Ability to communicate professional and accurately via telephone.

Under the general guidance of the steward manager within the established policies & procedures of Swisstouches Spa Resort oversees & supervises all aspects of stewarding operation during a shift.The Steward Supervisor ensures that the cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are maintained in accordance to established quality standards.
