Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Operations Director to oversee the preparation and
operations of our three high-end restaurants. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of
our culinary standards with the luxury ethos , while delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies for the three restaurants.
•
Oversee the pre-opening preparations, including staff training, menu planning, and establishment of operational procedures.
•
Ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality and service excellence across all outlets.
•
Collaborate with the executive team to achieve business objectives and a Michelin star for the Beijing restaurant.
•
Manage day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
•
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
•
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with the project's vision.
Qualifications:
•
Proven experience as an Operations Director or a similar senior management role in the luxury hospitality or fine dining industry.
•
A deep understanding of Michelin-starred restaurant operations and standards.
•
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
•
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.
•
Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
•
A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to excellence.
