JOB OVERVIEW职位概述 Coordinate or assist in the purchasing, receiving, storage, and/or dispensing of food and/or non-food items to meet the needs of the various departments and functions. 配合或协助采购，接收，存储和分发食物及非食品物品，以满足各部门和岗位的需求。 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责 •Check and count all received goods according daily market list or purchase order. 根据采购申请单或每日食品订货单核实和清点验收的货品。 •Ensure all goods are in order, quality should according to the established specifications. 确保所有所收的货品符合采购订货要求、质量良好且符合具体规格要求。 •Reject all goods which do not match the specification. 退还不符合验收标准的货品。 •To move accepted products to storage areas immediately, avoid stolen or deterioration. 尽快将验收合格的货物移交仓储区域，减少和避免员工偷盗以及货物腐烂变质等。 •Make proper file to record receiving documents. (Both accepted and rejected) 保存酒店所有收货物品及退还货品的相关凭单。 •Summarize all accepted goods record daily. 每天对酒店采购的货品填写收货记录汇总。 •Ensure the cleanliness of the Receiving area, contact stewarding colleagues if need. 根据需要联系仓库搬运工或管事部员工清洁收货通道，以确保收货台的清洁。 •To be well versed in all descriptions and types of operating equipment for the Hotel, including maintaining catalogues, sample pictures of such items for reference. 熟悉精通所有酒店经营设备的型号和规格等内容。包括保存好产品目录，样品图片以及产品的其他相关资料。 •In charge of purchasing of beverage in the stockroom and ensure beverage supply. 负责酒水仓库物品的采购，确保酒水的供应。 •Prepare the supplier black list. 准备供应商黑名单。 •To complete other assignments within deadline as dispatched by Director of Finance & Business Support. 按财务总监指示，按时完成其他工作任务。 •Positive assist staff and supervisor to complete daily work。 积极协助同事及主管完成每天的工作。 •Positive take part in department and hotel training, learn more skills and knowledge. 积极参加部门和酒店开展的各项培训，与大家一同学习和进步。 •Sharing useful information within department, increase the knowledge of our hotel and IHG group. 及时分享酒店最近信息，提升整个部门对于酒店和集团的了解。 •Submit daily receiving report in time. 及时呈送每日收货报表。 •Issue the deliver goods to concerned department on time. 及时把收到的物品分发的相应的部门。 •Follow the rules strictly to protect department confidential information.. 部门重要信息严格保密。 •Activity involve in public activities, contribute own strength for the community. 积极参与酒店公益活动，为营造良好社会影响贡献力量。 •Activity join fire fighting training, master survival skills. 积极参与消防等安全培训，掌握必要的求生技巧。 •Get advice from colleagues and report to leader，solve problems together. 听取和了解员工意见，及时反馈给上级，共同协商解决问题。 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求 •Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field. 具有会计财务或相关领域的学识学位或毕业证书。 •Two years working preferably in the Hotel Industry and work related experience at least one year in similar position. 两年酒店行业工作经验，至少一年同等职位的相关工作经验。 •Good communication interaction skills. 良好的沟通和交际技巧。 •Able to read and write English. 良好的沟通和交际技巧。

PURPOSE OF POSITION 职位目的 To manage the procurement, receiving and distribution of all Hotel food, beverage and non-food equipment and supplies. 管理采购、收货以及酒店的食品、饮料、非食品设备和物资的分配   KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 主要任务和岗位职责 ·         Formulate market lists for the routine purchase of fresh food, beverages and all non-perishable foods 制定新鲜食品、饮料和保质时间长的食品的日常采购列表。 ·         Establish vendor partnerships for all major categories of Food & Beverage 与所有主要类别食品和饮料的供应商建立合作关系。 ·         Administer a Purchase Requisition/Purchase/Receiving Order system for the hotel including instruction to hotel staff, set up of a filing system for easy reference, and training an Assistant and a Receiver to handle these duties per their job descriptions 管理酒店包括指令到酒店工作人员采购接收/征用/采购订单系统，建立一个申报系统便于参考， 培训一个助理，以及用接收器来处理员工的职位描述。 ·         Maintain storerooms; train and supervise all storeroom personnel 保持储藏室，培训以及监督所有库房人员。 ·         Implement and enforce all control procedures for hotel goods entering through the purchasing area 实施和执行所有的控制规程，当货物从采购领域进入酒店时。 ·         Attends meetings as required or delegates appropriate representatives 要求需要的或适当的生产商的代理商参加会议。 ·         Performs other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Executive Committee 执行其他任务，如适当的执行委员会。 ·         Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule; document maintenance needs on work orders for submission to Engineering department 遵循维护计划和清洁计划表，在提交给工程部工作订单文档的维护。   PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES 个人品质： ·         Good written and verbal communication skills in English 良好的英文口语和书面表达能力。 ·         Knowledge of effective office organizational practices 有效的办公室组织实践能力。 ·         Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system  通过电脑系统处理信息以及商品的能力 ·         Ability to use all Purchase Codes and complete shipping documentation 有使用采购守则和完成运输文件的能力。 ·         Ability to operate and manage all necessary equipment  操作和管理所有必要设备的能力。 ·         Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee Hotel purchasing operations 有在不固定的时间监督酒店采购运行的工作能力。   EXPERIENCE ·         Minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar capacity in a hotel 至少两年以上在酒店类似职位的管理经验

1、对派工单要准确无误地实施完成，并认真检查完成情况。 2、掌握小组的各项工作，经常对组内负责的各类工作进行巡查，发现问题，及时处理。 3、安排好预防性维修计划及巡查工作，严把质量关。 4、掌握供电设备运行和照明情况，制定节电措施。 5、精通酒店相关设备的维修、维护、保养工作经验。 6、持有电工证，酒店工作经验半年以上。
