日常管理和训练 Day to Day Management and Training
· 每月发送过试用期员工名单和劳动合同续签名单。
Sending monthly name lists for employee labor contract renew and employee pass the probation.
· 负责跟进员工餐厅的日常事务及每周员工餐厅会议的召开并做会议纪要。
Following staff canteen stuffs and organize weekly canteen meeting and minutes.
· 开具离职证明、收入证明等。
Drawing up employee separation proofs and income proofs etc.
· 收集各类假单和加班单。
Collect various leave application forms and overtime application form.
· 审核每月考勤。
Review the monthly work attendance.
沟通 Communication
· 跟部门与酒店其他主要部门维持清晰的沟通。
Maintain clear lines of communication with the department and other key departments within the Hotel.
· 按照需要,出席酒店和各项会议。
Attend Hotel Meetings as required.
