【岗位职责】Job Responsibilities
1. 视察及监督团队以确保营运流畅。
Inspect and supervise the team to ensure smooth operations.
2. 与前厅部管理层保持紧密沟通,及时汇报工作动态,打造负责、高效的服务团队。
Maintain close communication with Front Office management, report work dynamics in a timely manner, and build a responsible and efficient service team.
3. 全程跟进并专业高效处理所有客人投诉与突发事件,24小时内完成事件记录与跟进闭环,保障客人满意度。
Follow up and handle all guest complaints and emergencies professionally and efficiently throughout the process, complete incident recording and follow-up closure within 24 hours to ensure guest satisfaction.
4. 维护前厅部设施、工具及资产完好,保障前厅与后台区域整洁有序。
Maintain Front Office facilities, tools and assets in good condition, and ensure the front desk and back office areas are clean and orderly.
5. 精通酒店PMS财产管理系统及所有前厅操作流程,确保信用卡、收银等各项操作合规执行。
Be proficient in the hotel PMS (Property Management System) and all Front Office operation procedures, and ensure compliant implementation of credit card, cashier and other operations.
6. 熟悉酒店房型、房态、全系列产品及CSG优惠政策,解答客人预订咨询并主动向客人推介酒店服务。
Be familiar with hotel room types, room status, full range of products and CSG preferential policies, answer guests' reservation inquiries and proactively recommend hotel services to guests.
7. 梳理抵店、离店及住店客人名单,熟悉客人需求与偏好,核实VIP及普通客人的服务安排,保障服务符合客人预期。
Sort out the lists of arriving, departing and in-house guests, understand guests' needs and preferences, verify service arrangements for VIP and regular guests, and ensure services meet guests' expectations.
8. 完成当班工作清单,规范班次交接流程,建立跟进事项与酒店信息日志,为下一班次营运副经理做好交接准备。
Complete the on-duty work checklist, standardize shift handover procedures, establish a log of follow-up items and hotel information, and prepare handover for the next shift Assistant Operations Manager.
9. 夜班经理或营运副经理缺席时履行其岗位职责,筹备并主持部门日常工作例会。
Perform the job responsibilities of Night Manager or Assistant Operations Manager in their absence, and prepare and chair daily departmental work meetings.
10. 执行夜班安保制度,保障客人、员工及酒店财产安全,有权处理影响客人安全的突发工程及坍塌事件。
Implement the night shift security system, ensure the safety of guests, employees and hotel property, and have the authority to handle sudden engineering and collapse incidents affecting guest safety.
11. 夜班期间核查VIP客人房卡准备情况,保障酒店电脑及通讯工具正常运行,完成夜班运营日志记录。
Verify the preparation of VIP guest room keys during night shift, ensure normal operation of hotel computers and communication tools, and complete night shift operation log recording.
12. 带领团队维持高标准服务质量,打造协作型工作环境,以身作则遵守酒店仪容仪表、轮班及加班规范。
Lead the team to maintain high-standard service quality, create a collaborative working environment, and lead by example to comply with hotel grooming, shift rotation and overtime regulations.
13. 熟悉酒店安全、应急及疏散流程,组织员工掌握相关程序,协助处理火灾、炸弹威胁、燃气泄漏等突发事件。
Be familiar with hotel safety, emergency and evacuation procedures, organize employees to master relevant procedures, and assist in handling emergencies such as fire, bomb threats and gas leaks.
14. 为客人提供个性化服务提升入住体验,识别常客并培训员工提升客群识别与维护能力。
Provide personalized services for guests to enhance their stay experience, recognize regular guests and train employees to improve customer identification and maintenance capabilities.
15. 搭建部门培训体系,开展新老员工及实习生培训,规范员工仪容仪表与服务标准,辅导员工能力成长。
Establish a departmental training system, conduct training for new and senior employees and interns, standardize employees' grooming and service standards, and coach employees' capability development.
16. 关注员工福利、安全与职业发展,维护部门内及跨部门良好协作关系,树立酒店正面品牌形象。
Care for employees' welfare, safety and career development, maintain good cooperative relationships within and across departments, and establish a positive brand image of the hotel.
17. 完成前厅部经理及酒店管理层要求的工作报告与专项项目工作。
Complete work reports and special projects required by the Front Office Manager and hotel management.
18. 落实高房价销售策略,带领团队提升酒店营收,严控运营成本与业务回扣,遵守公司信用制度保障收益。
Implement high-rate sales strategies, lead the team to increase hotel revenue, strictly control operating costs and business rebates, and comply with the company credit system to guarantee revenue.
19. 落实酒店健康、安全及隐私保护制度,及时上报并妥善处理员工及客人意外事件。
Implement hotel health, safety and privacy protection systems, and timely report and properly handle employee and guest accidents.
20. 完成酒店及前厅部根据经营需求、业务安排部署的其他相关工作。
Complete other relevant work arranged by the hotel and Front Office according to operational needs and business arrangements.
【岗位要求】Job Requirements
1、具备同岗位工作经验或相关领域工作经验者优先,接受优秀前台主管晋升
Work experience in the same position or related fields is preferred, and excellent front desk supervisors are accepted for promotion;
2、出色的中英文沟通能力,能熟练使用办公软件
Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, proficient in office software;
3、具备较强的服务意识与团队协作能力
Strong service awareness and teamwork ability;
4、能适应弹性工作制,包括周末及节假日轮班
Able to adapt to flexible working system, including shift rotation on weekends and holidays;
5、逻辑清晰,具备数据分析及问题解决能力
Clear logical thinking, with data analysis and problem-solving abilities;
6、身体健康,符合酒店行业从业标准
