【岗位职责】 1、根据酒店的有关规定和要求，有效地检验到货物品，必须符合酒店要求的质量标准。 2、按照采购单内容和数量，办理验收手续。 3、验货时如发现数量差错，质量不符合要求，应拒绝收货并及时报告主管。 4、在办理验收手续后，应及时通知有关部门取货。 5、填制每日收货汇总表。 6、跟踪和催收应到而未到的物品。 7、做好采购单的存档工作 【岗位要求】 1、具备酒店商品购买知识。 2、理解采购，保管，和分发程序。 3、电脑操作能力好。 4、良好的货品控制能力和食品知识。

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责 1. Be fully familiar with the supply sources, quality requirements and prices of all purchased items. 对负责采购的每项物品的进货渠道、质量要求、价格等要非常清楚。 2. Carefully review purchase requisitions submitted by each department, and compare quotations from at least three suppliers with a responsible attitude. 对各部门送来的采购申请单，认真审核，并以认真负责的态度货比三家。 3. Prepare relevant procurement documents, including telephone inquiries and market price surveys. 准备相关采购文件，包括电话查询、市场价格调查等。 4. Issue purchase orders based on quotations from selected suppliers, and report any price variances. 根据所选供应商的报价，落实采购定单并汇报期间的差异。 5.
