    Main responsibilities主要职责                                                 1.      Ensures normal utility consumption. 执行节约能源计划。 2.      Ensures normal utility consumption. 确保正常损耗。 3.      Regular assessment system and the running status of equipment in order to adjust and improve. 经常评估系统和设备运行状况,以便及时调整和改进。 4.      To assist in setting up various Audio/Video. 协助宴会开始前设置各种音频,视频设备。 5.      Participates when assigned to any renovation or expansion work in the Hotel. 参与进行酒店因更新或扩展而委派的工作。 6.      Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. 礼貌、迅速高效地对所有宾客提出的问题、投诉或要求予以响应,确保宾客感到非常满意。 7.      Carry out preventive maintenance program to ensure facility is maintained and in service for our guests. 制定预防性维修保养计划,对设施进行维护和保养,保证设施的正常运转。 8.      Oversee the physical operations of the hotel, including maintenance and repair, and order parts and supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste and maintaining “green” initiatives. 监管所有酒店硬件设施的运行状况,包括维护与维修工作、及时高效地采购零部件与所需物资,同时减少浪费和保持绿色的举措。 9.     Must familiar with his responded nature of work. Have good sense of responsibilities, quality requirements and efficiency on his work. Maintain all electronic tools and equipment in good order, must know how for correct use of all these equipment & instruments. To work overtime as requirements. Be neat & tidy at all time, especially working in Front Office areas, be grateful and pleasant. 完成视频设备及辅助设备的维修保养工作,保持其于高效工作状态。遵守饭店及工程部关于音像技工的各项规章制度。必须熟悉其本职工作性质。具有良好的责任感,称职, 工作效率高。熟悉各种电器工具和设备的正确使用方法并永远保持良好工作状态。按需要超时工作。在任何时候都要着装整洁,特别是在前厅工作时要精神愉快,情绪饱满。   Profile概述                                                                       Education / Professional experience学历/专业经验                        1.      Graduated from high middle school, college will be added advantage. 高中毕业文凭。大专毕业将优先考虑。 2.      Technician abilities and skills. 拥有技工的能力和相关证书。

    Responsible for all operating department ,quality control and safety management; inspected the daily operation to ensure strict according to the procedure and quality requirements, the implementation of standardized operations, and help resolve  problems reported by staff; 负责本部门的安全和日常质量管理工作;检查和督促各管区严格按照工作规程和质量要求进行工作,实施规范作业,并协助解决属下员工汇报的疑难问题 To implement a complete program, job responsibilities and work standards effectively, control and manage documents; 确保有完整的程序、岗位职责及工作标准并有效的实施,公开文件的控制和管理 Responsible for control and implement services, including: the implement services, complaint handling, property management services inquiries, information gathering; 负责对服务的控制和实施,包括:服务的实施、投诉处理、物业管理服务查询、信息收集等进行有效的控制和管理 Develop the management system, issued in executives of all levels, conduct meeting , attend briefing, assign task, solve work problems; 制订各项管理制度,下达于各级主任,组织主持工作会议,听取汇报,布置工作,解决工作难题 Establish regulations and control implementation of vacant office space;对空置房屋确立统一管理规定并控制实施 Responsible for develop and implement the department work plan, regularly report to the Director of Property Operation and attend management meeting conduct by the Director of Property Operation; 负责制订本部门工作规划及实施,定期向物业运营总监办公室汇报,并出席物业运营总监办公室召集的管理处会议 Develop Customer Service Department annually / monthly budget, control the cost; controlled goods consumption, reduce costs as much as possible without compromising quality; 制定客服部年度/月度预算,掌控本部门物品支出平衡;控制物品消耗,在不降低质量的前提下,尽可能降低成本 To organize and coordinate with department to establish service quality system, implementation, maintenance and improvement to ensure the service quality compliance with company standards; 负责组织并协调本部门服务质量体系的建立、实施、维持和改进,以保证本部门的服务质量符合公司标准 Responsible for maintain good communication with customers, understand customer dynamics, organize variety of recreational activities; 负责与客户之间保持良好的沟通,及时了解客户的动态,组织各种联谊活动 Visit customers regularly ,get customer feedback, establish a good relationship and improve the company image and reputation; 定期拜访客户,征求客户意见,建立良好关系,提高公司的形象和声誉 Deal with major customer complaints, take decisive and effective action to control the developments, after submit the incident report and client react to Director of Property operation; 处理客户重大投诉,采取果断有效的措施控制事态发展,事后将处理结果及客户的反应以书面形式上报物业运营总监 Responsible for conducting a reasonable research for the new project management and service, submit the information to Director of Property Operation for approval in written regarding the client special request and other feedback, for any documents should be get Director of Property Operation approval before issued instructions; 负责对新增设的管理与服务项目进行可行性的调研工作,将客户提出的特殊要求和其它反馈信息,以书面形式明确、无误地交予管理处物业总经理批示;任何公开性文件均需物业运营总监批示后签发 Responsible for coordinate the work with department and other relevant departments to ensure customer service carried out smoothly; 负责协调本部门与其他相关部门的工作,保障部门的对客服务顺利进行 招聘要求 University graduated / Degree holder or above.
