岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 对人力资源部门的绝密文件进行有效的存档及维护。
Maintains an efficient filing of the departments’ confidential records.
- 为员工准备合同。
Prepare contracts for team members.
- 记录员工变动:调动,晋升/降级和头衔变更及相应的工资变化。
Records team member movements: transfer, promotions/demotion and change in title, and the related change of salary.
- 处理有关福利管理的政府报告及调查。
Process government reports and surveys related to benefits administration.
- 执行其他有关福利的工作任务,办理好员工的社会保险和住房公积金。
Administer all other benefits related activities, handle all hotel member's social insurance and housing fund.
- 准备意外事故报告和报销事宜。
Prepare accidents reports and reimbursements.
- 掌握当地政策法规。
Be aware of local labor laws and rules.
- 负责酒店全员考勤核对.
Responsibility for check hotel attendance record.
- 负责酒店员工薪酬福利等各类数据
Responsibility for hotel associates C&B data
- 处理政府需要的外籍劳务的相关文件。
Processes papers required by the government for expatriates for special functions.
岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 具备2年以上国际五星级同等岗位工作经验
Minimum of 2 year experience in 5-star Hotel as in same position
- 熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力
Oral and written fluency in English
- 对人事政策程序有深入的了解
Have a good knowledge of personnelpolicies & procedures
- 熟悉当地社保、公积金、工伤等流程的处理
Familiar with the procedureabout social insurance, housing fund, work injury and so on;
- 能适应多元化的环境
At ease in a multi-cultural environment
- 良好的电脑操作技能
Good computer skills inrelevant working system
- 有责任感,专业的工作态度
