1、与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系。

4、仔细计划与客户的会面,对预定的客户实施客户关系管理,完成销售目标。
Use creativity to carefully plan meetings with customers, implement customer relationship management for scheduled customers, and achieve sales goals. Make due contributions to the hotel's products and departments.
5、在所负责的市场区域内,监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况。
Monitor and report on the market and competitors in the responsible market area.
6、准备销售报告,确保市场及客户信息的准确性,以便于工作的跟进。
Prepare sales reports, ensure the accuracy of market and customer information, so as to facilitate work follow-up.
7、积极地传播产品信息,在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度。
Actively disseminate product information to create awareness of the hotel in the responsible market.
8、在所负责的区域内,与市场销售总监一起计划销售攻势,并确保其实现。
Plan sales campaigns with the Director of Marketing and Sales in the responsible territory and ensure their realization.
9、管理客户档案数据库,手工或以电脑更新客户档案。
Manage customer profile database and update customer profile manually or by computer.
10、执行上级要求的任务,完成市场销售目标。
Execute the tasks required by superiors and achieve the sales target.
