【岗位职责】 1. 负责酒店弱电系统（电话、网络、电视、门禁、监控、背景音乐等）的日常巡检、故障排查与维修，确保系统稳定运行。 2. 管理酒店内部IT基础设施，包括服务器、交换机、路由器、无线AP等网络设备的配置、维护与优化。 3. 维护酒店办公电脑、打印机、会议设备等终端设备，及时处理软硬件故障，保障员工正常工作。 4. 支持前台、客房、餐饮等部门的IT相关需求，如PMS系统、POS系统、门锁系统的技术保障。 5. 定期检查弱电线路、机房环境，执行数据备份与安全策略，预防潜在风险，完成领导交办的其他任务。 【岗位要求】 1. 熟悉弱电系统（综合布线、安防监控、门禁、音视频等）的原理及维护，具备基本故障排查能力。 2. 掌握计算机网络基础知识，能独立配置交换机、路由器等网络设备，了解TCP/IP协议。 3. 熟练使用Windows/Linux操作系统，能处理常见办公软硬件问题；有酒店IT工作经验者优先。 4. 具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力，能承受一定工作压力，适应轮班或应急抢修安排。 5. 学历、经验、年龄不限，欢迎应届生或转行者，需具备学习意愿与动手能力。

【岗位职责】 1. 负责夜间酒店工程设备的全面运行管理，包括但不限于高低压配电、暖通空调、给排水、消防及电梯系统等，确保设备安全、稳定、高效运行。 2. 执行夜班巡查计划，按既定路线和频率检查关键设备运行状态、参数记录及异常情况，及时处置并上报故障、隐患。 3. 快速响应住客、餐饮、会议等区域的紧急报修需求，独立完成或协调维修处理，确保不影响宾客体验和正常运营。 4. 监督并参与夜班期间的设备维护、保养及简单维修工作，包括设备清洁、配件更换、机械调整等。 5. 严格执行能源管理政策，监控晚间能源消耗，合理调控空调、照明等系统，实现节能降耗目标。 6. 负责夜班期间工程部内部的沟通协调，与安保、客房、前台等部门保持信息互通，保障跨部门工作顺畅。 7. 完整填写夜班运行日志、维修记录、设备巡检表等台账，确保资料准确、可追溯。 8. 发生突发设备故障、停电、火警等应急事件时，按应急预案最快时间组织处理，并上报部门主管及酒店管理层。 【岗位要求】 1. 学历不限，工作经验不限，年龄不限，具备基本的工程设备操作常识及动手能力。 2. 熟悉酒店常用机电设备（如配电柜、锅炉、冷水机组、水泵、电梯）的基本原理及常规操作，有相关经验者优先。 3. 能适应长期夜班工作（22:00-次日8:00或类似时段），身体健康，无妨碍从事夜班作业的慢性疾病。 4. 具备较强的安全意识、责任心和应变能力，能独立处理夜间突发事件。 5. 良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神，能与其他部门高效配合。 6. 持有电工证、高压进网作业许可证、特种设备操作证或相关工程类证书者优先考虑。 7. 可接受无经验者，但需具备主动学习意愿，酒店提供岗前培训及技能带教。

Knowledge in preventive maintenance programme and special projects will be valuable. Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment or hydraulics will be an advantage.
