工作职责： This is your chance to join Hilton’s GCM Development team, where you’ll contribute directly to Hilton‘s growth strategy by supporting the addition of new hotels to our expanding portfolio. As the Senior Manager of Development, reporting to the Senior Director of Development GCM, you will play a key role in advancing Hilton’s full－service footprint across GCM. You will source new opportunities, evaluate projects, and negotiate deals in alignment with Hilton’s development priorities. Position Summary: • Source and evaluate new development opportunities by conducting preliminary assessments, financial analysis, and due diligence to support informed decision－making. • Support deal negotiations by preparing proposals, coordinating with senior leaders, and advancing opportunities through contract execution. • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, industry partners, real estate brokers, architects, designers, legal advisors, and local authorities to generate leads and unlock new full－service development opportunities. • Support the strategic planning, development, and coordination of regional development activities to advance company goals, while clearly communicating key messages to internal and external stakeholders. • Partner cross－functionally with AD&C, Operations, Legal, Finance, Feasibility, and Brand teams to ensure project objectives and requirements are met. • Stay informed about market trends and internal initiatives that support team priorities, and maintain close relationships with teams driving brand, product, and service innovation. • Provide accurate activity reports, development approval documents, investment committee materials, and other analyses, research, and presentations to support timely development processes and senior leadership needs. • Represent Hilton at industry events and participate in relevant local industry activities. 安全部经理 【岗位职责】 1. 与上级合作，准备并管理部门预算；职责包括：协助进行部门年度预算的准备工作监督管理本部门开销以保证工作的开展依照部门预算。 2. 保证所有保安人员及酒店员工执行政策法规及安全程序；为特殊事件（如研讨会，工作会议，政府款待及婚礼等）准备安全计划。 3. 协调与组织本部门日常工作，包括工作计划和工作管理；管理部门工作的开展及执行部门标准。 4. 监督保安部包括保安人员的常规培训；维持所有保安人员的纪律良好及忠诚，不出现因安全产生的客户投诉。 5. 保证所有巡逻，检查及护送工作均以高标准完成。 6. 指导监督紧急情况演习。 7. 与上级和地方组织相关人士保持良好的沟通。 【岗位要求】 1. 熟悉饭店内的消防救生系统，具有一定的管理能力。 2. 熟知当地公安系统和消防系统的办事流程，具有较强的人际交往能力；高中或同等以上学历至；少五年高端酒店或同级别场所保安员及保安部代班以上工作经验，三年以上保安部管理工作经验。 3. 大专以上学历，本地人优先考虑。 4. 确保按时向管理层上交管理报告并建议潜在的问题区域。 【薪资区间】：8000-10000
