13. Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements.

14. Liaise with Engineering for room maintenance and OOO/OOS follow up.

15. Co-ordinate special projects (e.g. site inspection rooms, deep cleaning, inventories, etc.)

16. Manage all special requests made by guests.

17. Ensure consistency within the department.

18. Ensures to have complete knowledge of room types, layouts and facilities.

19. Manages storage areas.

20. Maintains adequate stock levels.

21. Completes stock takes as required.

22. Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.

23. Conduct training and ensure the performance of the staff.

24. Appraise the performance of staff and take corrective measures if necessary..

25. Supervises and monitors the performance of outside contractors if required.

26. Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients and customers of the Hotel.

27. Through close supervision, recommends improvement in operation, especially in the aspects of developing better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.

28. The Floor Supervisor is to ensure all staff on duty are at all times immaculately groomed and wear correct and complete uniform.

29. Ensures all staff is present at roster times in the appropriate departments.

30. The Floor Supervisor must be fair and just in any staff disciplinary action required whilst on duty.

31. Ensures that all staff behavior, personal grooming and service skills are in line with hotel standards.

32. Reports directly to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

33. Maintains close working relationships with other departments such as Front Office and Engineering.

34. Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by a Captain or Room Attendant, providing a rapid solution.
处理领班或服务员不能解决的客人投诉或其它有争议的事宜,提供迅速的方案。
35. To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties or job functions as required by Management from time to time.
要始终服从并负责酒店管理层根据工作需要分配的工作或其它职责。
36. Knows the safety regulations and ensures their application.

37. Keeps the workplace clean and tidy.

38. Ensures the safety of people and property in the hotel.

39. Respects and ensures respect of the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc.).

40. Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor

Education / Professional experience学历/专业经验
1. High School or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
高中或酒店行政、酒店管理或相当的大专学历。
2. 2 years Housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience.
最好拥有在相似规模酒店2年客房工作经验,包括主管的经验。
3. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店、品牌和公司,与顾客、员工和第三方交往的能力。
4. Able to speak, read and write English.
英语具有说、读和写的能力。
5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
