岗位职责:
1.Participate in hotel management and decision-making, collect information and provide decision support

2.Participate in the formulation of hotel operation development strategy, responsible for the implementation and improvement of hotel strategic planning

4.Understand internal and external financial metrics; Manage the overall financial performance, analyze financial data for reasonable investment and strategic deployment

5.Optimize work processes to add value to revenue and operations
优化工作程序,为收益及运营增值;
6.Management drives the achievement of departmental objectives

7.Rational utilization and optimization of resources of various departments
合理利用及优化各部门资源。
8.Coordinate departmental budgets and analyze departmental financial statements
统筹部门预算,分析部门财务报表
9.Closely monitors and effectively manager labor costs; plans vacations effectively and ensures proper service levels are provided in relation to occupancy levels, while minimizing overtime. Complies with the Wages and Hours Laws.
紧密监督以及高效管理人工成本; 高效的安排假期并且按照住房率在不影响服务标准下来减低超时工作. 遵循工资和劳动重点法律规定.
10.Consistently monitors and effectively manages expenses; closely monitors purchase requests and checks the consumption.

11.Promotes and provides a safe working environment; is involved in accident follow up, transitional duties and future prevention of accidents.

13.Establish good cleaning and preventive maintenance programs to ensure appearance and life of all furniture, fixture and equipment.
建立良好的预防性的维护计划来确保家具、固定物和设备的质量和使用寿命
14.Develops and maintains an effectively system of responding to in house guest requests and complaints according to standard; ensures prompt follow-up with the allocated time.
根据标准, 制定并保持一个高效系统来对客人要求和投诉作出尽快回应; 确保及时跟进
15.Develops and implements proper procedures for servicing of return, long stay, VIP, special attention and physically challenged guests.
制定并保持程序和确保所有的员工都遵守为回头客, 长住客, 贵宾, 有特别需求和残疾客人特定的程序
16.Carry out routine daily inspection, noting deficiencies and ensuring proper follow up produces.
To ensure all work orders are handle in a timely manner.
执行每日例行检查, 不允许有任何缺憾, 确保执行正确的跟进程序. 确保所有的工作都及时处理
17.Participate in consistent rooms and public area inspection program, which is monitored by the Executive Housekeeper. To keep a master records of inspection for future references when needed.
参与客房和公共区域的检验计划,把所有的检验系统全都归档,以便控制我们将来所需的档案、记录
18.Ensure that all rooms are in perfect condition at all times in terms of cleanliness, orderliness, condition and Brand Standard.
确保所有的客房在任何时间的清洁都有条理的进行
19.Monitor public areas and guestrooms floors of the hotel and ensure they are spic and sanitary condition throughout the year. Ensure follow the general cleaning procedures in their own respective areas by consistently checking their records monthly.
20.关注公共区域和客人房间在全年都保持在良好的状态,确保贯彻大清洁的程序,并且检查月纪录。
任职资格:
College degree or above
大专及以上学历
3 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury properties.
至少拥有在奢华酒店3年行政管家工作经验
Thorough knowledge on guestroom and public area cleaning procedures and products.
具备客房和公共区域清洁的流程专业知识
Thorough knowledge in the proper use and maintenance of all housekeeping equipment.
对于客房部设施设备的使用维修和保养的知识
Extensive knowledge of Laundry/Dry cleaning, Linen/Uniform Room and Health Club/Recreation operations and management.
有专业的知识对于洗衣干洗制服间和健身房的营运和管理
