西餐厨师/Demi Chef
本岗位关键职责描述/Description of key responsibilities:
协助所有上级的厨师进行厨房日常工作。/ Assist all senior chefs in the day to day operation of the kitchen.
主要工作职责及任务 / Position tasks and responsibilities:
厨房日常出品 / Kitchen Daily Production
1. 以高标准和一致性对部门内菜单内容进行准备与执行。/Prepare and execute menu items in a section with high levels of consistency and standard.
2. 管控部门内库存并做下单补货计划。/Monitor stock levels of a section and plan for re-supplies ordering
3. 清洁并保持厨房设备与区域。/Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and premises.
3. 完成上级领导交办的临时性工作 / Complete all temporary assignment of work by superiors.
任职资格/ Requirement :
最低学历 / Lowest academic qualifications: 初中
专业背景 / Specialty:无
工作经验 /Work experience:拥有至少2年的西式餐饮工作经验。/ Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a western restaurant.
能力素质要求/Capability requirement:
1. 拥有基本的烹饪知识和实用技能。/Possess basic foundational culinary knowledge and practical skills.
2. 能够遵循指示并在团队中发挥作用,具有出色的团队合作意识。/Able to follow instructions and function in a team, great sense of teamwork.
3. 有积极的工作态度,有愿意自驱地学习和自我提升的意愿。/Positive work attitude, willingness to learn and self-improve
