岗位职责：职位描述 1、按时做好营业前的各项准备工作，并按要求设酒水服务台。 2、负责吧台常用的酒水及物品的申领、补充工作。 3、负责吧台区域日常清洁卫生工作，保持良好的工作环境。 4、负责店内日常酒水的盘点工作，核对酒水数量。 5、熟悉掌握酒吧各种工具，器皿的使用方法。 6、了解、掌握一定的酒水知识，正确调制各款鸡尾酒。 7、按照标准和服务程序为客人提供酒水服务。 任职要求：2年以上调酒经验 *熟悉鸡尾酒、烈酒、葡萄酒 *注重卫生及品质，能适应高峰工作 *英语交流能力优先
